Also councils like kerriers waste of public funds producing magazines that
go free to the door and are binned without being read.! And 1st part of my complaint to Cornwall county
council about no Isles of Scilly bus link at Penzance and genral public transport.
The councils psychotic belief that they are accountable to nobody and my mention legalised theft clarified
(here by the Bible and 1 of the 10 commandments) that says though shall not (steal).
Which is what they do to those who can not afford to pay their council which according to (Jesus He said) to a group of that
they have just the (rules of men and not God).!!!!! Also dolphin video.! Sea video the dvds. Appeal for

Someone must have seen the video as i can not find the cartrige any more.
I am not just to making tv programmes for appearance on regional tv but it
is my intention to make programmes such as my coast ducumantary to try and sell the rights to
national tv and i hope to set up birdwatching programme in which i will announce over the web where i
will be on the coast and when and invite anyone to come and be part of the programme.
****I have spoken to many people in the community but never recieve any
reactionary emails to. Perhaps they are waiting for me to change the video's editorials and text news
stories but the answer to them is unless i get a massive reaction to anything then what ever i have here will
stay the same. An example is if you see a story on tv or other media there is a reaction it often finishes up
with a change in policy. An example is the state of rural roads that you are paying your taxes to be fixed.
It is no good complaining to yourself about them or complaining to the council who they would accuse of
fraud anybody else whe recieved money for services they did not render but if you call me i will
investigate.!!!! And on other issues there are many who other media organizations would not be prepared
to cover like the west briton for instance phones as i have found out.!!!! If the public phone has a problem
let me know if you have any problems with people on the council let me know and what ever the problem.!!
Another reason that the site has not been updated for a long while is because i have spent nearly two
months studying and replying to a dossier that i put in an appeal towards kerrier council and also i have
been working on a libel action that originally was going to be against the council but am now doing it
against individuals as private citizens while in the employment hours of the council when they libelously
informed the landlord that i vacacted 1 parc-an-drea cury which was the hq of David tv- production
operations and i made a documantary about it but this and other things i am keeping on hold till after any
court case as i would not want to jeopardize it and i have on most days spent till dawn doing these
documents and get no chance to do anything like the web site or news gathering and even shopping.!!!!
The purpose of this site also is to provoke debate not just look at what is read and be angry about
something but keep it to yourself and also i do not expect the same type of people who go on you tube
to watch these videos.
These are serious or light news stories not the type of things done by potential idiots and watched possibly
by idiots and are recorded in high quality video but put on net in low to save space and prevent breaches of
copyright by not putting high quality on the site so those that want hq will have to buy it from me and the
concept was thought up long before bbc started putting video on its web site but took a lot of work to get
this going which was after bbc started its service.!!!!

***A leaflet drop was done in helston and i got some email responses. At the
moment if anybody is waiting for any major changes in this site i not done any since before Christmass as

I hope to be recording some more news storys this
week but wont say what they are.! Hopefully if this site receivces the money donations sponsorship and
adverts then i can pay free lancers to provide video clips. But unlike the bbc will not dumb down on
quality by phone clips and small video cameras as a late actor freind said once the bbc and itv only use
u-matic and low and high band. now they use digital but not u-matic.
New news is that the phone has been (stollen from the box again at Cury.!!)
A notice was placed in box recently for permanent removal. I wrote an email to bt complaining that
because of the rural nature of this area and motor break downs where there is little chance of cell
reception and also coastal rescues that this is an essential service but i am yet to receive a reply and if bt
ignore it then i may publish the letter in full here.!!!!!

The above video is a look at the apalling state of rural roads of which some
in cornwall have been featured but none the less it is a national problem as i have found that the A4 is
bad in places.!!!!
Also it is not just the state of disrepair but the state of repair in the FORM OF COUNCIL BODGE
WORK THAT I HAVE FEATURED IN VIDEO.!!!!!
these are not the only roads in cornwall where bodge work takes place. Further on from the video on the
road to POLDU there is further examples and there is a bad part along the ST KEVERNE ROAD.
Councils are not immune from prosecution for the dangerous state of roads.!

I will also be announcing in the future news forums about local or national
issues and all the programmes wil be made in Cornwall. I have a problem with national (newspapers and
a bias to London as national news).!!!! It appears that if anything that (happens in London) it is instantly
national news to the newspapers and if it happens in (Cornwall) or the southwest and you phone up one
of their news desks they will tell you it is only a (local story).!
If a government (minister visits Cornwall)
or the southwest then it (probably does not appear in a national newspaper). But if they visit (London
then it probably will.!) THE 14 Th NOVE 2006 (on day of writing Patricia hewit came to Cornwall.) And
visited (local hospitals.) And i had not checked national papers it is (probably not in them.)!!!!! I Have
now and could not find anything. A few months ago it was the (50Th anniversary of the tall ships race)
from the southwest and i looked thru the papers in supermkt and there was only one that had (a picture
inside with a breif description.) It may have been guardian or independent but of course there was no
(mention of the duke of Edinburghs attendance.!)

And there was no mention of his attendance at the (memorial to the 50TH
anniversary) of the (Lynmouth floods in Devon.!!!! However if the duke made a joke you can be sure that
all the(tabloids would have mentioned his vistits).!!!! When he opend the new arsenal stadium it was in the
national news papers but suppose he went to see the Isles of Scilly (gig racing which is a sport i never see
in national newspapers) then i believe unless (he told a joke there would be no mention of the sport.!!!!)
Also if (gig racing took place on the thames )You could be sure it would be in national papers.!!!
Then when the (queen opened the Dartford bridge) i believe it was considered national news.! But when
(Princess Ann opened the extension to the tamar road bridge it was just a local story) .!!!!! When non
(police office workers went on strike in Devon it was just a local story). But you bet if it happend in the
(metropolitan police area it would be in the nationals).!!!! Also i believe (this woman kite surfed from
newquay cornwall to ireland) and created a (world record) but i did not see it in any (national papers.) A
Gt Western train was (vandalised in September at Penzance with a broken window). But when i phoned
up a (national newspaper the person was adament it was just a local story) for local paper however if it
took place at (Paddington) be sure it would suddenly become a national story.! When i told a national
paper i was doing a protest outside Barclays bank i was told it was for a local paper but when i did the
same thing in (London they were suddenly interested) though i i had left before any one came after talking
to the bank.! Then though we would not realy want this area known for violent crime it happend that last
year there was a serious of stabbing incidents in london all in the national newspapers like the man in the
Kensal green area.!(P7) Never the less though i would prefer if i did not see them in the papers or news
screens at at all there was a fatal (stabbing victim in Barnstable Devon) i think it was about the same
period and this was (not carried in the nationals).! Also national tv news is often London biased and were
as what ever DR Livingstone I
presume says or does is local only to london and nothing to do with or concerned with us.!!!!!

The above video is an example of the (hurricane force winds )of around 100
MPH over the weekend 2ND and 3RD December 2006 in which a tree falls on the garage owners (Brian)
caravan at (Goonhilly downs) and rips part of the side.!!!!! I was however extremely annoyed with the
(BBC though who despite)it being one of the worst affected arreas in the country (cornwall) in the storm
and the worst in years according to national newspapers (relegated it to a local news) story.!!!! To me that
was a (neglect)of news reporting story.!!!! If it (happend in London) you bet it would be on their (national
news) and if it happend (overseas you bet it probably) would be on their national news bulitin.!!!!
Electricity power lines were also brought down for many.!!!!! (Page 8) In fact BBC TV news often neglect
highly important news in (GB) that directly affects us to (concentrate on overseas news.!!!!!) I did not get
to see itv news on (that sunday in December 2006) so i have no idea if they mentioned it. but i assume it
probably was not as on the Monday news on both stations it was still very big locally but not on either
station.!!!!
Plus entertainment programmes made in a local rented building with
audience participation.
I have no set date to start making the programmes but please email me if

The only thing i stress is that you would have to provide your own means of

Unfortunately my microphone battery was so low That it never recorded the speach in the church by
ANDREW GEORGE MP and also the sermon by the vicar-ess of the Methodist church and even with an
amplifier i do not think i can get anything out.!!!!
Also Mr George's speech before the service did not come out due to the tape jumping.!!!! However
Mr George praised the the flower display and the joy it gives in both cases and metioned during the
service that despite the worlds conflicts this year how this is bringing some joy. He also said that he was
brought up in Mullion and presented some flowers to at first Brenda one of the organizers and also to a
young woman who's name escapes me. Prayers were said and the vicaress gave a sermon. The opening
day was on the 25 August 2006. 0930 GMT add 1 for bst. ***** I would be happy to type the exact words
if Mr George can remember them and Hopefully on any dvd copy put them down as subtitles. I just wish
to add that though i believe mr george works hard and has some good morals unlike the prime minster
who seems to have forgoton there are such people as the poor i do however feel exasperated with his
secretarial staff for just taking a look at parts of my letters and thinking that the rest is just a rant when i
am in fact either giving information to be acted on or requests.!

An example was when i wrote about the crippling bank charges and was
pleased mr george is against them and was given a transcript of what he had said in the house of
commons.!
However parts of my letter were ingored as a rant when i complained that i
could no longer phone my own branch of barclays but were put thru to a call centre in India and on one
occassion when i wanted to know where a local branch was in a town but was put thru to india where they
could only trace any branches thru post codes and had not heard of the place here where even if it was a
british call centre and not the local branch they would be bound to have heard of most towns.! I also
complained about 0845 numbers that despite those that use them claiming they are local numbers are
indeed very expensive as bt had abolished local and national call charges in May 2004 from public phone
boxes and despite this the bank were using them at huge exspence to the cusotmer and named others that
did the same which i will name here but may not of all been mentioned in my letter. 1/the post office./2 gp
dr services out of hours./national health direct 3./some citizens adve bureaux.4./The dss./5./Some police
forces./!!! Now it can be a matter of life and death if the d'trs number is an expensive number or the
national health service direct is.! It can also be a heavy strain on those on benefits having to make such
expensive calls to the benefits office especially if you get a mess saying busy call back latter with no option
to leave a recorded message.! I also pointed out with the indian call centres that i often had great difficulty
understanding what they were saying and put it that many companies were using this now at expense of
jobs here.! But this was not refered to in the reply as if the above mentioned subjects were just a rant.!!!
On another occassion i wrote to the mp about a year ago and stated that i wanted to start a business that
operates on the internet but internet access was worse in devon and cornwall than africa and that i needed
to find a place with an ftp upload prog to get my web started but the only reply back was contact cornwall
enterprise.!(P 11)

So i wrote back to say they are an information place only and are not a walk in business centre
with comps for customers to use let alone ftp access and said that i had tried to upload to the net in a
cornwall public library and it was blocked as maybe they do not want people operating business from
public librarys and said that devon and cornwall librarys now only allowed members to use them so if
you were like i a tourist traveling and wanting to check email and update web site i could not and i told
of an independent in helston that was £4 ph which could be a fortune if you were on all week and i
suggested the goverment set up these centres were we could walk in and operate our business on the
internet with ftp access.!
I also said the government were living in the 18th i think i said century
were everybody left their home and went to a place of work and then home.!
I stressed that the internet now means that people can work from home and reduce the traffic on the
roads and get many unemployed and medically retired back into work and that mr blair originally
promissed that all homes could have a computer and everyone that wants internet access should be able to
have it which has never happend and that the government are wasting money pouring it into computer
courses that are absolutely no good for getting work unless you went to africa to use those skills.!!
But wether it was the secretarial staff or not at Penzance or hosue of commons i do not know but the
letter was ignored.!!!!
I do not know what they get paid for this but i spend hours typing and not just doing that but putting
extreme thought into what i type and spend hours deep into the night composing these letters long after
these mp's staff have gone to bed and sleep all for no pay whatsever.!
It therefore makes me very upset when these highly paid people ignore that letter or just look at bits and
treat the rest as a rant.!!
I am not affiliated to any political party at moment however i asked the ld at penzance if they would
provide me with news annoucements and i would then try and also sell to bbc and itv and was told to send
a letter to their pz office which i did but was ignored.(P12)
However mr george did write and say he could not attend an event i had invited him to which was fare
enough but what upset me was the party did not respond to the news request.!
I also phoned the conservative party at Truro and there was only an answer machine so i wrote the same
request that i sent to the others but that was ignored.!
I wrote to mr blair for an interveiw and atleast he had the curtosy to write and say he had engagements.
On another case where i asked mr g to write to the council i would state what the issue was and they
would write to the council who wrote back about a completely different issue that i was writting about.
And dispite going to mr g's office and complaining and composing the type of letter i wanted they still
did not correct the probelm by saying to the council that the issue they were responding to was not the
issue i was requesting and as a result though i am not putting down here what that issue is as it is going
to be part of the libel case against employees of kc i may even sue the mp's staff or mp as after all they
are paid by the tax payer wether directly or indirectly and have therefore to be accountable as we pay
their wages.!!!!
BUT the point is all of these mentioned are quite happy to receive your money in membership.!
but whether political or charity or some wildlife or preseveration society they are all happy to have your
money and membership but if i say i have a video about your this or that on my web site i have found that
not one of those approached has bothered to email or write about it so i can only assume they have not
bothered to look at the site so until they can be bothered i can neither not be bothered to give them my
money and membership.!!!!!
I started to contact someone from a local branch of freinds of the earth in Cornwall and said that there
were many type of enviromental issues as a free-lance private journalist i campaign for on my web site
and said i would post some copies about the bbc's use of helicoptors and i never recieved a reply from the
woman i sent these to so as far as i am concerned it is little things like this that are the tester as to will
an organization get my money and membership and in this case they wont as this prooves to me that they
are just like a lot of others who love your money as they can do things with it and love the power in
numbers.!!!!!
There was a man outside Trelisk indust est trying to get new members for the woodland trust and
though we had a long talk and agreed on having the same type of aims i would not join up there and then
as such organizations have to proove themselfs to me first.!!!!(

You wont catch me using a helicopter to record nice scenery like this near
Bude north Cornwall or waste money in doing that.
I have travelld to lots of places like this making a future dvd set and i never in 5 years odd have
ever seen anyone else doing this and the type of programmes i make.!!!!!!
I used that picture in flyers or small cards that i would send to other
independents and the bbc and itv with the words like i go off the beaten track or where others do not go.
Something like that.
Which was implying that most of the others are lazy and prefer to use
helicoptors to record the scenary with the extra cost and also damage to the enviroment.

Now i need to make one thing absolutely clear about the contents of the
video.!!!!!!!!
(I make serious news as well as light hearted news.)
There are some who appear in this news who work for companie's who
would much rather the only news i put in the video and on site is the local village fete or pan cake races
etc in Helston Cornwall.
But if a company employ a policy where a customer service lies to their
customers or if the type of mentality of staff at a company is incredibly in mature towards those that
phone up their so-called customer service then they have earned a place in the news video.!!!!!
An example is where i sent a cheque to a water company recorded delivery and phoned up the post office
who confirmed that it had been delivered as it was signed for so i phoned the water company and spoke
to this man and told him that the post office had confirmed that it had been delivered. He denied that it
had been delivered and kept saying you aught to check with your bank and we went round in circles with
me saying look all you have to do is contact the post room and they will have a record of who signed for it
which got me nowhere as he kept saying we have not got it or something like that and you had better
check with your bank and quite honestly although he is not the only thick person i have spoke to on the
phone the fact is with some of these jobs they fill these post with people who have got so many university
qualifications they have no common sense whatsoever they are totally thick and yet carry plackards
demanding that the govermnet pay their tuition fee's but if this is the type of person that is going to be
paid for by the tax payer to come out dumb and stupid i would rather the government not pay their fee's.!!
I have also dealt with people on kc who even though their first language is English and they make no
spelling mistakes unlike i do i feel as if i could communicate better in the Dutch i learnt than English.!!!!!
I do not know if they went to university or not but i feel as if children with nursery school education could understand better than them and perhaps
do a better job running the council.!!!!!!
Also if the practices of a company are totally un-ethicall they also earn a
place.
I will chase news wether good or bad and i am a member of the bectu trade
union.
The news i put on is not allways news that national local tv or newspapers
are interested in but ordinary people will be very concerned about.(P14)
some of the news in the video is local to Cornwall other parts are national.
The difference with this video is also that when you watch a clip on tv is its
genrally a few seconds or minute or two at the most but the actual events that take place may last along
while even hours.
I Also chase news that NO OTHER NEWS BODIES ARE interested in.

band was not here and the only alternative is midband at 2 x the cost here is the video report.!

UPDATE !!!!! I WAS INFORMED BY THE DTI,I BELIEVE IT WAS that
Mulion exchange was going to receive broadband by end of June 2005.
HOWEVER bt had now put this date back to mid July 2005.!!!!!
I was of the impression what ever the official reason is that bt were grieving
at having their income drop when bbd was to be introduced to that area that they would get at x2 of that
in midband.(P16)!!!!!
(Broad band is now on in the mulion exchange 2005) but there may
be areas of gb that still do not have it.!!!!
(This is purely an historic news story of how bbd was delayed and delayed
while london had it.!!!!
HOWEVER WHAT IS SILL CURANT IN This SITUATION IS THE COMMERCIAL
DESCRIMINATION THAT BT HAS NOW INTRODUCED TO TOWARDS THE POOR
IN BEING ABLE TO RECIEVE BBD.!!
I used to have it till my phone was cut off due to a large bill and when i enquired about bbd again a year
or more ago i was told that in order to recieve it you could no longer have it as part of your phone bill but
a separate account using direct debit or card purchase.!!!!
This means the poor who have not a bank account or just post office account where they do not have
direct debits like myself at moment and also where i no longer use a credit card to pay for things which i
actually find it easier to survive without now than before are being bulied into getting these cards to get
deep into debt or the alternative is dial up which also can put put the poor into deep debt.!!!!(P17)
I asked of the car phone warehouse's offer and (sadly they only do DD or card purchase) as do Tiscally
and others.!!!!!
SUCH practices are anti competitive you could say and help stifle the poor into ever being able to set up
business at home using the internet to better their predicaments.)!!!!!!!

THE PHONE BOX STORY IS I WENT TO make a call from the village
phone i believe on sunday 2nd july 2006 and roughly 24 hrs latter on the monday evening i went to use the
same box again to find that the whole phone including advertising had been removed.!!
So the following day i phoned bt expecting that they had removed it to decomission it as they so sadly
have others and complained about it.!!!!!
The woman i spoke to could find no record of an engineer calling round and said it may have been stollen
and would investigate.(P18)
So i said that she could let me know the outcome c/o Frank at the pub but after about 2 weeks of hearing
nothing i phoned again and after along while trying to locate the box i was talking about told me that the
phone had been stollen and that the police at helston had recoverd the box and were awaiting an engineer
to collect it from the station and re-fit the box.!!!!
Now this was mid july and still nothing has been done as if rural phone boxes are unimportant as it was
now over two months and the box had not been re-installed.!!!!
Now the person or persons who do this to village phone boxes are mean scum as the nearest phone box is
now outside by the pub on lizard helston road and not everyone can or wants to make that mile or so
journey + the fact the cell phones are too expensive to make ordinary calls which are 40 pence for 20 mins
+ it gets cheaper for more and so.
So it is humilitating that this phone box had still not been done.!!!!
(The phone had been put back when i checked on 10/Th October(P19)
(2006.!!!!)
In the past before news gathering myself i have been into the west (briton at Helston) about problems
with BT of which i will catalogue them below.
But i allways saw this woman in there who when i came in or went past was( puffing cigarettes) and
would refuse to do any stories about them as if perhaps they (get free calls if they do not write anything
critical of BT.!!!!!)
Or perhaps the paper found their service so good that they could not find a (fault with them).!!!!!
But whatever the reason i allways have found with this paper that they will not ( criticise those that are
in the wrong) when they are in a job of some sort of ( authority) as with all the stories that in the past
have come to them with.!!!
Perhaps all those cigarettes calm her so much she refuses to believe there are problems where there are.!!
In March 2003 I arranged to have my phone (re-connected) after it was cut off and had been away and
came back to find that the phone was on despite it being before the date given that the engineer would call.!!
So i was very please but only used a card to make calls out.
I informed people that it was re-connected so they could call( but the calls never got thru on the number
that i gave them.)
So I called so-called customer service and on each occassion i called from my phone and gave them the
number they kept (insisting that i was calling from another number) and that my phone was still
(dissconnected) even though i said it was not and i( pleaded )that as it was on that they (should now not
cut it off again) and Then re-connected.
They (lied) to me that it was not on when they( jolly well knew there was a problem) as i got a call from
someone who claimed they had been (allocated a phone number) and was getting no calls etc and told me
the number I which i unfortunately have forgot.!!(P20)
I explained to the person my situation that i had been waiting for my re-connection and that despite
(what had happend) i did not want to be cut off again.!!!!
But a day or a few latter i got another call on this number and got angry with the caller as i thought at
first they were just an advetiser calling as i had been bombarded with them calling for an old company
called seaway powell who used to have my original number but he told me he was calling from the
`
telephone exchange or something like that an addresd me by the name of the person who WAS allocated
that number and i got angry and said i am not that person and do not know etc who on earth you are
talking about and slamed the phone down.!!!!
And i think it was a day or so latter that my line went dead and was cut off again proving that (BT did
know what they were doing and had (re-connected my phone) but to a different (number) and so-called
customer service (lied by claiming it was not re-connected.!!!!)
A Neighbour also confirmed that they were getting calls for another number.!!!!
I reported this bad mess (to the west briton and this same woman)with the smoke (chocking)
cigarettes refused to (cover it as a story) dispite the fact that connecting the wrong number up to someone
elses phone could mean one person gets FREE calls but the other has to pay for it which might be a
(fantastic thing if the mistake was made) on the West Britons phone in Helston so we get (free calls
courtesy of them.!!!!!

Another load of trouble with Bt was when I changed from 4 Parc-an-Drea in
June 2000 to 1 parc-an-drea and it was just a simple thing of telling i was moving from no 4 to no 1 but
their insistance obstinateley on post codes which i did not know meant they sent an engineer to
parc-an-dower helston and i remained without the service where i should have had it for a few weeks and
though they have a statutory compensation rule i was so incensed with not just the inconvenience of not
having the phone but my time that had been wasted and the countless phone calls and countless lies which
mean i had to keep phoning them up again that i went to Truro county court and sued them for my time.
At first BT ignored and the period for (replying came and went.)
So I was able to apply for judgment in my favour which they also ignored so finaly instructed the (court
ballifs to call at their office) and we came to an agreement.!!!!!
Of course the (same smoking woman at the wb at helston) was not interested.!!!!

Before Chrsitmass<2006 i believe> i told bt that a phone outside the post office at helston was covered in blood.(P22)
I had expected them to get a cleaner there witin 24 hrs but a week or something like that latter the blood
still had not been cleaned which i considered to be an enviromental health problem as any type of virus
could be caught by the blood.

porth st agness and this was a day of fellowship that was there with an afternoon stroll along the cliffs.

Various activities take place here and and i believe they also rent the caravans

(The Cornwall clip is now on here) but i have left the text below on here as it was showing a moment of
desperation of the impending eviction and deppression of which the eviction finally took place on August
11 th in connection with the storey further on about the way the landlord let the caravan decay so he
could get it scrapped and put a park home there and when i reported this to enviromental health rather
that they prosecute him they just instructed him to dismantle it which is what he wanted to do orginally
but after the holiday business season finished at praa-sands in which he does a beach cafe and i think
goes on the beach selling ice creams.
+ I think he rents some holiday caravans by the sands as well.!!!!)
I have had to leave off the Cornwall part at moment in this clip as(P30)i might be thrown out of the
caravan by tomorow the 14 july 2006 as enviromental have stuck notice to door giving landlord month to
scrap the caravan and if i move to tent with no electric and generator will not be able to use my computer
as it is 240 v ac with the monitor.
Am here on sunday still the 16th.

On the first clip of isles of scilly in this page i had meant the commentary i made to
come out but it did not as what i was saying was i had written to this woman in charge of the heliport in
penzance during a period when the ship does(P31)not take passengers and asked if i could make a
documantry type of promotion for them in exchange for the ride there so i could do some recording that
came out wrong when i went there before.
But she ignored the letter so as far as i am concerned with the return fare i think about £115 there is no
programme maker in the world who would do such a video for such a small amount and for her to take
the attitude that she can not do a free-be flight in return for the publicity that someone else would charge
hundreds
or a few thousand for was mean in my opinion and arrogant considering that her helicoptor service
would benefit from the tourism that it would generate.!!!!
I also though not in these clips asked somoene from the St Mary's tourist office if they would just be able
to spend a moment at the harbour wishing me of with luck recording the part on st Mary's that i had to
do again but the mans attitude was he had to see my work first and i was of course offering a boosting of
business on their office and have the blessing of the video(P32) but no arguing like no one says we wont
wed you because you have
not been married before and we only wed those with experience of being married.!!!!
Of course(If i like others in the industry as i am sure they do pefectly legally said" here is a pot of money
for you just to say a few words of send off" then i am sure they would probably agree)as the(Isles of Scilly)
are the most i found (expensive place to live.)
And just about anyone does this or that to earn money which there is nothing wrong with but you pay (a
hek of a lot more than any pay else where on the mainland.!)
And i am sure those that make these programmes like (airport have to pay a fee to the company's before
they will be allowed to follow them around their work place.!!!!
so my message though not in the video considering i work very hard for nothing to make this a success
and at all hours day and night that if i succeed then they can (excuse the word it is not swearing stuff their
money company and advertising) if they approach me after (being successfull.)

itv and bbc is that they are lazy using HELICOPTORS TO RECORD IN REMOTE RURAL
AREAS BUT HERE I AM USING MY KIT AND STAYING FIRMLY ON THE GROUND.!!!!
AS well as
that there is the finacial cost of the whole thing were they waste maybe thousands or millions
using helicoptors to maybe go from Plymouth to places in Cornwall and the southwest but will not call on
a free-lancer in the area to do the job for them.!!
I think actually they often hitch a ride to use the expression from (P34)naval helicoptors or raf ones or
military jets and such things are NOT CHEAP as i think it cost prince William £250,000 for a return
journey somewhere i think in Wales a while back !!!!!
I wrote to open university at milton keynes who help the bbc in this astronomical waste of money and
enviromental destruction when the bbc make these airbourn progrs as i thought maybe they would be
more
understanding on the issues and reply and i sent them a cd of some of the things i have made which may
not have come out properly now but they are just as arrogant as the bbc and ignored the letter.!!
I may of course visit their offices with my complaint if i am in the area.!!

in about March last year and did a protest and got some support from a librarian who worked there and

itv news chanell went of free-veiw from 6pm to 6 am and it makes me wonder if this was to try and fund

EXACERBATES COASTAL EROSION WITH THE(P39)VIBRATIONS.!!
I would have willingly gone there and did a
ground report and for a lot less cost.
And if bbc and itv think it looks nice to show the
cliffs from the sea it would be a lot cheaper
to use a boat.!!!!!!

view of SYDNEY OPERA HOUSE ON THEIR DIRECT DEBIT ADVERTISING as if they are
ACCOUNTABLE TO NO-ONE FOR SUCH exacerbating spending.!!!!!
It may have been a free-lance that did that which
would make it cheaper than sending some one from gb to do it with accomodation but this one here
might be right and not the top.!!!!!
I contacted freinds of the earth to see if they had
information about the enviromental impact of(P40)these helicoptor flights and cost whcih they did
not but gave me the email and address and phone number of the aviation enviroment federation high
timber st city of london ec4.
I emailed them with my request ABOUT ANY
ENVIROMENTAL IMPACT OF THE ABOVE AND A ROUGH IDEA OF HOW MUCH IT COSTS
TO PUT THE HELICOPTOR IN THE AIR.
But i did not hear.
After a few weeks i phoned them and asked for the information mentioning the email and a man told
me he would look for the email and get back but has not.
There are many busineses who who masquerade as a charity.
I know if i wrote to bbc or itv and asked how much they spend on air travel i would recieve no reply
so i have to find the information from other sources who may of course be distrust-full of journalists
asking questions but as it seems they can not be bothered to answer my qustion which is how much all
this air travel costs and the imapct on enviroment it gives me the impression that the charity has got
something to hide and therefore should have their charity registration revoked if they wish to behave
as a closed society.!!!!
On the subject of the cost of helicoptors I
CONTACTED KERRIER COUNCIL to as they use some airbourne pictures it has come to my
attention in their council charge litterature and was told someone would try and find the information
but apart from one or two get back to me occassions there has been COMPLETE SILENCE.
Which suggests to me that it is one of these
things that cost such an astronomical amount of(P42)money that they could afford to cut council
charges by dropping this rolls royze of photography sevice.!!!!!!
Also i noted when in Barnstable the airborne photographs for
the relief road.!!!!
When ever bbc does news about the cost of houses etc on the news they show these intrusive
helicoptor pictures of peoples roofs and even itv news has started doing it.!!!!
You do not have to do this just to do a story about the cost of houses and morgages etc.
The European convention of human rights give the right to privacy that they violate to take airbourne
pictures of your home which is totally different to an aircraft just using as a flight path.!!!!
Also you have a right to live in peace i believe in that convention which you can not do when this bbc
helicoptor is circling round and round with the building shaking and the windows as i have
experienced before so if you get this happen to you i strongly advice you contact the civil aviation
authority and complain and they have the power to prosecute as there have been cases where private
owners have made a nusiance before and they have been of help.!!!!!
I watched on the bbc news channel a report about exel airline going bust and rather than the bbc just use
ground broadcast lorries and vans they have also got a helicoptor buzzing overhead which is a total
waste of not just money but public money and an abuse.!!!!!!
With the high price of fuel i wonder how the bbc can still afford the cost of aviation fuel.!!

The isles Scilly link from Penzance.
When i went to the isles of scilly in march (2005)
i used the email machine at redruth rail station on return and tried to get information about public
transport which it(P43) appeared not have.!
I used the part that said
contact us And I received no reply! So considering i think it is put there by Cornwall county council
i rang them up about a variety of public transport complaints as it is them i have been informed
control public transport here.
SO i phoned them and was told no-one from
that department was there but they would dictate what i said and someone would get back to ME.
NOW THIS WAS WHAT MY COMPLAINT
WAS ABOUT.
THAT THERE SEEMS TO BE THIS
assumption that those that use the ferry FROM Penzance must all take a CAR to get THERE or ALL
live at PENZANCE.!
AFTER GETTING TO PENZANCE FROM
St Mary's there used to be before mid December 2004 a virgin(P44)
train 10 to 8 pm to PLYMOUTH WHICH ALLOWED ME TO GET A BUS CONNECTION AT
REDRUTH to helson and the lizard.
However the virgin train service had been
re-shedueld to run 10 mins latter and consequently i missed the bus connection.!!!!!!!
UPDATE ON THE ABYSMALL NON INTEGRATED TRANSPORT SERVICE.
Dineo and i WENT TO THE ISLES OF SCILLY ON TUESDAY 15 OCTOBER 2006 And there is
no bus service to link the lizard PENINSULA VILLAGES WITH THE FIRST BUS TO PENZANCE
in the day the No 2 first bus that would get you to PENZANCE FOR THE FERRY.
THE FIRST TRURONIAN BUS leaves from Culdrose and not to the one from HELSTON.
THE SECOND one a T2 gets to Tesco Helston 2 MINS AFTER the WESTERN NATIONAL NO 2
leaves Tesco for PZ so we had to get a taxi.!!!!
ON RETURN FROM THE FERRY THE virgin train which stayed at same since the last change
would have connected with the t34 at redruth that had been re-schedueld to leave an hour latter than
when i first had the non connection problems and the bus and train went in harmony for ages until
vigrin (P45) RE-SCHEDUALED THEIR SERVICE TO RUN 55 MINS LATTER AND ARRIVE at
REDRUTH 7 MINS AFTER T34 HAS DEPARTED FOR HELSTON AND THE LIZARD.
(This was the train connection in 2006 but the one in 2008 on satu any arrives a few mins before the
bus leaves or did(in June When we came back from the Scillys).
Now with the NO 2 from PZ it is no better as it is an approximately 2 HR WAIT from dissembarking.
of ship to next bus to HELSTON and it is a lottery if you will be able to connect with the Lizard bus
THAT I WOULD HAVE GOT FROM THE VIRGIN CONNECTION AT redruth as the N02 is
schedulled to arrive at Helston 2 mins after the bus departs for the Lizard but fortunately we caught
the connection praise God for that.!!!!
NEVER the less as the t2 HAD only run an evening service on frid and satu it meant we have a long
walk from cury.
On A connected subject to the T34 bus there is no official connection from the t2 bus to t34(P46)at
helston for those that need to go to Redruth to catch a train as the company that runs the same two
buses had scheduled the T2 for arrival approximately 2 mins or longer after the T34 has left and you
had to hope and pray that the 34 will be delayed to get it.!!!!
I only wish that as there are several bus companie's that they should have a meeting and come to an
agreement that would satisfy the customers that would integrate the services and also
meet the train company's so their services are operated to meet bus services.!!!
Now there are some who may say take TAXI.
Now I say to them if you PAY for our TAXI use yes (of course.)!!!!
I once wrote a letter that was not printed to WESTERN MORNING NEWS about bus services so i
presume their advice is take a TAXI to me which i would be happy to do if they (fund it.!).
ALSO (Not mentioned in the complaint but
mentioned here) is there is NO BUS SHUTTLE SERICE TO THE FERRY PORT FROM
PENZANCE RAIL AND BUS TERMINUS.

i would do an alphabetical directory of all the places and roads in Penzance and find it straight away

such an inteligent idea is beyond the understanding of those that programe the nonsense in these

Not far from ILford Essex is Barkingside Essex near to where i used to live and they had a map in a

This is the story of miss-appropriation of lottery funds
when a grant was given to restore(P54) an old boat called Barnabas moored at the harbour in Penzance
to its former glory which receieved a lottery grant as well as trustees spending their own money toward

( I can give an honest opinion about rail and public
transport in Cornwall as i have used it often and even am on first name terms on occassions.!!!!
I have expertise in staying in tents and have lived in
one after the eviction mentioned latter.
AND THERE WAS ONE SUPERMARKET TENT I GOT LAST YEAR(2004) FOR £20 THINKING IT WAS
A BARGAIN UNTIL IT RAINED AND I FOUND THE

NOT HAVE A ZIP TO CLOSE UP GROUND SHEET AND DOORS WITH.!!!!!
(Consequently) during the period week of the boscastle floods on my last day at
Lelant and what should have been my last night(P56) (it just rained non-stop apart from the morning
while i went out to do some recording on the hayle peninsula and i sat it out and got drenched.) With just
a few mins of recording done and decided not to return to the tent that night as the washing i had drying
on the ropes of the tent would have been wet and went back to cury.

which they showed the control room and i sent an inteligent letter to them saying how it neither stopped
or solved crime and how it will often be used on tv entertainment shows as an effective tool but those that sell the footage never show the the ones that got away and those they
have to ignore as they do not have the man power etc.!!!!
And all appeals rely on ones memory to find the person and listed the high profile murder of JILL-
DANDO NOT BEING SOLVED
THIS WAY BUT THE PAPER DID NOT PRINT IT.!!!!
I then sent an angry polite letter again saying i had been victim of burglary in london and despite having
video surveillence system and the person entering with a key that i provided they did not bother to check
the video.!!!!!!
The wb did not print that either.
There was recent case where garden centre owner had been broken into in surrey where they had street
video pointing at his centre but nothing was done.!!!!!
A few months after i sent my letters proffessor said more or less the same things as me in national
newspaper.

Although i settled with bank for a re-instatment of £250 i still wish to close the account when loans is paid
as they appear to be totally without ethics their policy of taking these costs from

As A Christian their policies are morally wrong and

They had ruined me finacially(P62)with their cost like
£25 or £30 and going on over a year had charged me about £480 at the expense of my normal bills not
being paid.!!!!!
While they take money like that from poor peasants to

managers that probably do not need the money like Bobby robson to advertise their bank.
I had an over draft limit and occassionally when i pay
a bill it went over that and the bank then do not pay that but still take £25 and £30 and and took the
psychotic attitude that those who have not been paid by the bank will no longer want the money but the
bank still slam this charge on mercilessly as if they are punsihing you for wanting to pay a bill and before
you can get back in to credit you pay the charge on top of the overdraft.!!!!!
I am still paying the lone back
and will not be due to pay it off till 2008 if the work does not (P63)bring in customers on here.!!!!
The currant situation is the bank have contacted mercers credit of a p/o box no in liverpool and who
letters are signed by nobody and there is an expensive no to call.
This secrecy of the above leads me to believe those that demand money with a p/o box no and do not give
names on letters are into some crime activities. those that pay them have the right to know where it
is going.!
The trouble with a bank like that is that one customer
leaving would not hurt their finances.
But if big comapny's and local councils like Kerier in Cornwall would withdraw their accounts in protest
at barclays un-ethical bank robbery in reverse they might start to listen!!!!
I have previously been a labour supporter but they just
ignore this greed of the bank while the poor get poorer as the bank takes from the poor to give to the
super rich in sponsorship.!!!!!!!
I am particulararly disturbed to learn from a paper that some chelsea footballers according to it had
gambled (hf a million pounds) on the (horses and lost it).!!!!(P64)
In the old days the football authoritie's would take action against the players for bringing the game into
(disrepute).!!!
It makes me extremly sick when players do that when peasants like myself and others are having this
bank raid our accounts with charges and take the full amount of any benefit money paid in and threaten
us while footballers behave this way.!!!!

There was a parliamentary commity on this but i do not
know what happend other than the usual not guilty verdict on the bank in which a select commity says
people say red is red but we say it is blue so they have a pointless enquiry normally headed by a so-called
sir that no one out side goverment has heard heard of while we wonder how did he get the (knighthood)
and yet (nobody) has (heard of him) and at the end they say it is blue.!!
And another thing such banking behavoiur is normally

Also this current labour government which i
have allways supported as they were set up to counter greed and look after the poor will now ignore these

The bank have since started this all over again and
though they make sure they allways get their money it is at the expense of others and in the past
on a number of occassions when having state benefit paid direct into bank account on at least
5 occassions they have taken the whole lot and left me with nothing like something you might
find happening in Charles dickens days which not even to my knowledge a utility company
who you owed money to would want the lot and if you borrowed from the governments social fund they
would in no way take the lot and I Doubt very much even a (court if you were paying
a fine would say) we will take the (whole lot) and would just take a percentage !!!!!
But the political party set up to end practices like these of
the 19 th century just turn a blind eye to this now.!!!!
Sad to say also that a Cornish choir is exepting money from this bank who's main god is made of (paper

And as their

away from nowhere and though the fees are not expensive i suddenly find that the bank has stopped any
more withdraws and also when it comes to food to last where was i supposed to get the money from.

but some people do not like the type that have alternative life styles to the mainstream and become self
rightgous and in the case of a homeless man in Truro was murdered. !!!!
Then there was the chq for £25 that the bank bounced
that was for a local phone directory that could have netted me several contracts but i never got a single
call yet the bank charged me £25.!!!!
Finally on the subject their electron
card is done in such a way that it means you have to spend more money and(P67) incur greater expenses
because they have done it so you can not do anything over the phone.
NOW I would rather not BUT IN THE WORLD OF
THOSE THAT MAKE THESE DECISIONS THEY PROBABLY HAVE SO MANY UNIVERSITY
DEGREES THAT THEY ARE TOTALLY THICK.!
As in their world of London where the HQ is they believe
every one has a shop just outside their door and can obtain everything and anything.
But if you have stayed in Cornwall like me the shop
might be four miles away OR 20 maybe.
And in the case of the DV tapes i use you can not buy them in Cornwall.
I will have to had a 540 mile return trip to London costing maybe £62 return by train+connecting bus

They have chickens that make a noise and run about the garden and it may be an unhealthy place as

The above video is a more or less a step by step of the destruction of what

Now it was not in my opinion dismantled as it should have been which i will describe

The way it should have been done is by removing bolt by bolt and nut by nut and screw by screw and if
there were rivets get them out and too remove glass windows in sections and take the out frames with the

Now i know that these things like screws etc may have rusted in and not be able to undo in the conventional
way but as a builder my self the way to achieve this is to drill thru the obstinate parts to get them out and
to hacksaw were oppropriate.
And if there is asbestos in the panels it has to be removed by those wearing proper suits.!

LOCKED THE DOOR FROM THE INSIDE WHICH MR FINCH AND HIS SON HAD KNOWN FOR
YEARS THAT THE LOCK COULD(NOT) BE LOCKED FROM THE OUTSIDE BUT HAD REFUSED
TO REPLACE IT BUT COULD ONLY BE LOCKED ON THE INSIDE.!!!!
SO WHEN MR F CAME HE STRAIGHT AWAY TRIED THE DOOR HANDLE FROM OUTSIDE
FOUND THAT IT WAS LOCKED AND CAME BACK WITH A (CROW BAR)(P82)
AND STARTED SMASHING THE SIDE AND THEN WHEN THAT FAILED TO GET ME
OUT STARTED SMASHING (THE GLASS IN THE WINDOWS).I PHONED THE POLICE ON A
CELL PHONE THAT THEY RECOMENDED I GET IN CASE OF MR F WHEN I REPORTED AN
INCIDENT IN THE PAST.
And i was in terror.!!!!
And this was recorded on thier system.!!!!!
They took a long while to come and mr F AFTER GOING BACK TO HIS LANDROVER TO WAIT
FOR ME TO COME OUT AND A FEW MINUTES LATTER RETURNED WITH
(A SLEDGE HAMMER) AND WAS SMASHING THE HEK OUT OF THE GLASS AND WHICH WAS
FLYING EVERY WHERE AND I CALLED 999 AGAIN TERRIFIED AS THEY STILL DID NOT
COME AND MR (F)CONTINUED TO DO THIS FOR SEVERAL MINS AND THEN WENT TO HIS
LANDROVER AND I THEN WAITED NOT(P83)KNOWING IF I WOULD BE ABLE TO(ESCAPE OR
NOT AND DECIDED TO TRY AND CLIMB THRU THE BACK WINDOW.)!!!!!
AFTER DOING THIS I THEN CLIMBED UP A 4 FT ISH WALL THAT WAS COVERD WITH A
PRICKLY BUSH AND (JUMPED)onto the main road outside where i waited with a british telecom
engineer until the police came in their(van).!!!!!
MR f PRETENED HE DID NOT KNOW I WAS IN THERE AND ONLY STOPPED WHEN HE heard
ME USE THE PHONE.!!!
HOWEVER I USED TO HAVE A VISITOR IN THE PAST WHO COULD CONFIRM THAT THIS
LOCK HAS NEVER LOCKED FROM THE (OUTSIDE) PLUS Dineo WHO CAME HERE AS MY
GIRLFRIEND BEFORE WOULD ALSO CONFIRM THIS.!!!!
Then of course there was a wood burning and coal fire unit there and the night before i was trying to burn
as much rubbish as i could in it and it was still burning when MR F STARTED TO BASH THE PLACE
APART WITH SLEDGE HAMMER WHICH COULD HAVE RESULTED IN A SERIOUS FIRE.!!!!!

I have frooze the video in a place where under what was a chest of draws there was no FLOOR WHAT

NOW I HAD BEEN IN TOUCH WITH THE WESTERN MORNING NEWS (SINCE JUNE 2006) ABOUT
THIS THING AND WAS TOLD THAT THE REPORTER (COULD COME AT FIRST) AND THEN
COULD NOT AS HE WAS COVERING A MURDER TRIAL(P85)
But when that finshed and this particular reporter retired I CAME UP AND HANDED A DVD COPY
OF THE ENVIROMENTAL PROBLEMS WHICH HE SAID WOULD HAND TO
HIS SUCCESSOR BUT I NEVER HEARD A THING AFTER THAT AND AM CONVINCED NOW
THAT THAT NEWS PAPER IS NOT INTERESTED IN SOCIAL PROBLEMS EXEPT MAY BE IF IT
WAS MADE FROM BRICKS AND MORTAR AND WOULD RATHER SWEEP MANY IMPORTANT
ISSUES OF NEWS UNDER THE CARPET AS IF THEY WANT TO CONVINCE READERS THAT"
NOTHING GOES ON HERE MATE".!!!!!
ALSO THE POOR DO NOT ALLWAYS GET MUCH SYMPATHY FROM NEWSPAPERS(P84)OR
BROADCASTERS WHEN A RICH LANDLORD WANTS TO EVICT RENT PAYERS TO DEVELOP
THE PLACE FOR VERY WEALTHY BUYERS WHO CAN ONLY BUY WITHOUT A MORGAGE.!!!!(P86)
AND IN ANOTHER CASE OF DOUBLE STANDARDS BY NEWS PAPERS IS A FARMER AT CURY
GREW HIS MAIZE TO AT LEAST(8 FT) BLOCKING OUT THE
MAGNIFICENT VIEW OF MOUNTS BAY.
AND WHEN I APPROACHED THE WEST BRTION AT HELSTON THE (WOMAN THAT I SAID
WAS ALLWAYS SMOKING) WHEN I CAME WAS NOT CONCERNED ABOUT IT.!!!!
How ever a national SUNDAY NEWSPAPER DID A STORY EXPECTING US TO CRY WITH
SORROW FOR GROUPS OF BRITONS MOVING TO SPAIN TO BUY PROPERTY THAT AN
ORDINARY PERSON COULD ONLY WIN THE NATIONAL LOTTERY JACKPOT TO BUY WHO
FOUND THAT AFTER BUYING THE HOUSE WITH A VIEW THAT (DEVELOPERS HAD
BLOCKED THE VIEW BY ERECTING IN FRONT.!!!!!)
And showed a picture of this man and woman looking pitifull.!!!!!!!!
Losely connected with the above by address only is kerrier councils more than a year after paying a rent
and council benefit on that address have suddenly asked for the money back.!(P87)
But i am not going to go too deep into that just now but i wish to concentrate instead on the above
councils so-called enviromental policy in the context of they want you to re-cycle under
the threat of
prosecution while they waste so much paper by sending me 2 letters with a total of 9 pages.
Now they are not the only ones that waste paper by using one side for more than one sheet here are others
that do the same./Solicitors./Thames Water./Banks/And the social security departments.!
All of these departments if they are not giving you money and want it back will genrally chase the poor
like those on benefit or pensioners for money when they want to cut costs or get some back and rather
than be economic on paper and envolopes chase those with no or very little money.!
So here is the maths. If you assume the letter i had was 10 pages and a 5 ream box costs £10 you then have
2,500 sheets doing single side where if you use both there is 5,000.
So out of that lot you would be able to send 300 letters doing it single side but both sides(P88)
is 600 letters.!
So if the council wanted to send a million demanding money using this example if they send 3000,000 it
would cost £100,000 where as if both sides were used it would cost £50,000.!!!!!
Then there is the cost of how many trees extra are cut down thru this waste of paper.!
Then there are those like these councils who rather than put more than 1 letter in a large envolope use
several envolopes.!!!!

Now with regard to the above issue i am also disturbed that councils have
been given powers that put them above the law of private citizens which amounts to state bullying and
legalised yobbery.!!!!
This is the case. If a private citizen wants to claim money from somone else they are told they have to go
to the county court and spend their own money to claim.
But at least the respodent has the opertunity to dispute the claim and even make a counter claim.!
But in the case of the councils they just take you to a criminal magistrates court where you can not
dispute the claim or make a counter claim!
This is an obscured injustice.!
Now i would like all claims for money in the united kingdom dealt with in the county or high court
irrespective of the fact that if it were the council taking recovery action the cost would still come from the
same source but it would be a lot fairer system.!(P89)
Many use the magistrates court to recover money as it is free to them but paid for by unkle tax payer.!
I would like all travel ticket doging offences to be dealt with which would include taxi fare by the county
courts.!
This would also free the magistrates courts up for serious offences instead of clogging them up with money
claims.!
How ever even though these people in the council will lead you to believe you can not fight them the
answer is you can.!!
You can either sue them or named individuals for libel as i will be suing them either as the council or as
the private named individual for terminating my tenancy at 1 parc an drea by informing mr finch that i
had vacated the propety.
Which in the collins english dictionary means to leave empty.
I may also claim libel for the above action what the letters were about.!
You can also sue them for distress and harrasment.
No one is above the law and it is no more legal to harrass and threaten over money by someone just
because they are from the council but illegal if you do it as private citizen to private citizen.!!!!
And if they charge for services they do not provide that is a criminal offence and do not be afraid to
prosecute them.!!
They would do it to you if you charged for services that are not given.!!!!!
Do not be put off by the cost the because in civil courts councils will have to prove any claims were in the
criminal courts they do not which is why they like to use them and i understand from a person who
trained in law that in a libel case it is the loser that pays so if the council can not provide evidence they
should shut up.!!
And if you take to court the ones that make the decisions as private individuals then then it tecnically
makes them personaly responsible.!!
The council elections recently but i did not see any point in voting as this government since it came in
has given more and more powers to local councils with continues interference in how they are run and as
for councilors i can not see they now have much ability to do anything for the community as what they do
is dictated to from Downing street and also the Eu.!!!!!
And on top of that even though the councilors are elected the office staff that work in council departments
are not elected and are not accountable to the electorate and regardless of which political power runs a
council it is still that individual that works behind a desk and as in my case has made my life a missery with
their piles of lies.!!!!!
And not a day goes by without reading some story of individuals being bulied thru the use of the court or
other by un-elected employee's of local councils.!!!!
Jon hutton said he wanted to introduce so-called lie dectecter tests on benefit claimants so i wrote a
complaining 6 page i think it was letter to him saying if you are going to do that the first people that
should go on these tests are Mp's themselves and that there are plenty of liars in council offices and dss
offices they should be forced to take tests as well but for the man who claims he wants to stop fraud in
benefit claiments the fact that he ignored the letter is in itself fraud as i pay him and the rest of the mp's
their wages.!!!!
The department he used to work on likes getting proper ganda headlines in tabloid newspaper or itv news
like man on dissabality benefits caught playing golf which is hardly a strenuous game that takes much
effort and could probably be played from a wheel chair but what about the dss revenue inspectors paid
to play golf in order to spy on others.!!!!
Is that not cheating that the taxpayer is paying these people to have a game of golf and if they do not spot
anyone that is on benefit then they have had a lovely day out.!!!!!
The government should encourage those on dissablity benefits to take up sport as a way of reabilitation
not create a fear and anxiety in those that if they take up this or that then they could be hauled thru a
court just to give tabloid newspapers headlines and itv news like a referee was recently.!!!!
The labour party was supposed to be set up to help those dissadvantaged and poor but it seems that a
lot of labour ministers have criminalised being poor and go round whipping them like mr hutton and his
successor.
While mp's themselfves do not even have to use their salary to pay for the essentials like food and travel
they could theoretically use expenses for everything and not spend a penny of their salary.!!!!!!
In this same letter i wrote to him about the stupid child support agencey saying in the past couples were
to make their own arrangments for child support and if that did not work then they would go to the
county court but since the previous gvmnt and now this one they interfere in couples right to sort it out
them selves and impose higher payments in some cases than what one would give to a child if a couple
or as in my case years ago a lower amount than what i would have offered and how i knew that some
single mums instead of what they get from the child support agency going on the child or children it
would go on alcohol or whatever.!!!!!
I also complained at the way his government has allowed jobs to go to (India) as a result of the minimum
wage.!!!!!
And (i want to say now)that though the minimum wage is a good idea that apart from mass jobs going to
India and manufacturing such as a bagless hoover going to the far east that what companies now do to
try and avoid the minimum wage is instead of 1 person doing a (40 hr)week you now get two people
doing maybe(20 hrs each).!!!!!
Mr h and his successor want to get people of benefit and the minimum wage is a good thing but however
if somebody only works (20 hrs)a week at £5,50 ph ish then after taxation they will probably take home
less than £100 per week and if they have to pay rent or a morgage out of that then then things have not
realy gone very far.!!!!!
Another thing i suggested was that the government set up a hot line to report some mp's who despite their very
large salaries do virtually nothing for their constiuents which if anybody else recieved a salary and did
no work or virtually none would be done for fraud.!!!!
I suggested to mr h that if he wants to save money in his department to stop using 2 sheets of paper and
instead use both sides and i suggested the way the gvmt and his dptmt do nothing to stop jobs going
to India that he may like to base his own gvmt department and job in India but work for local wages.!!!!!
Now i can not promise to answer all individual email or letters as i (P90)
just have myself and Dineo to go thru the emails but will try and with money coming in would be able to
pay a staff to read and reply to emails.
Advertising and sponsorship and donations would also
allow me to provide jobs for people in Cornwall where the jobs i do myself unpaid at the moment are
time consuming and i can not do all at once.!
I can not be out making a programme and also be
doing the editng etc.
I would need someone to print for me using my printer
and a computer operator and someone to check(P91)
and reply to emails and maybe more than one.
I also need to buy a digtal video recorder player as
currently i have to conect camera to computer to play and record tape which means i can be out
gathering material if i had someone producing the video here.
Currently i will not be giving out a telephone number
on this site as if there was a deluge of calls i would not be able to get any work done.
However with money coming in i would hope i could
set up a network of people answering the phone(P92)from home.!!!!

The national health service or should I CALL IT THE REGIONAL HEALTH SERVICE.+ THIS
PSYCHOTIC NOTION THAT EVERYONE GETS AN APPOINTMENT WITHIN 48 HOURS.
Bread the government wants additives put into
flower to supposedly make the bread healthier.!
Well my answer to that is there are too many extra things in bread anyway and apart from making it
unhealthy even if the claim is healty they add to the cost.(P95)

I am not knocking the health service and speak
highly of derriford in Devon from good ambulance service that brought my mum there when she broke
hip and the doctors and nurses were fabulous and while in casualty someone would regularly to come to
insure everything is allright and should i have the money would gladly send them a donation for the work
they do there.!!!!P(96)
The ambulance service were fabulous. However
there is once problem with west country ambulance service is that rather than use conventional
naviagation ways they use satelite navigation in which someone else plots the route and i
do not think it can be over-ridden.!!!!
When the ambulance was taking mum with my
accompanyment to essex it put many more miles on the journey by following the route of the m5/4 instead
of the one were the lorries mostly use the straight line A303 and just as we were maybe 30 ish miles away
with the prospect of an hour or two they took the m25 north(P97
putting on tons of more miles.
OF COURSE THIS ADDS TO THE COST OF
THE FUEL ALSO THAT THE NATIONAL HEALTH SERVICE COULD BETTER USE. The
ambulance broke down on m25 and the fault could not be repaired. I am not laying blame for the
breakdown on the diversion though.
Hertfordshire ambulance service came out to take
us on the rest of the jounrney to Dagenham Essex and the driver said they do not have satelite navigation
and(P98)agreed that it can be a stupid way to find places.!!!!!
A more recent folly of satalite navigation was an ambulance sent by one and to the wrong area and them
sending a 2nd and also to wrong location.
When i was at school we learnt geography and maps but what they learn now i would think maybe not.
It makes me sick all these places that are selling this trype and lazy people are stupid enough to buy them.
I have allways used maps and i can spend long periods even if i do not have a journey just looking at
these things studying routes and i will also use a compass as it points to the north.!!!!
The problem we have now is if you buy something say a phone from british telecom they will allways
insist on a postcode wether you know it or not rather than just an address and then someone finds it.
I think it is because lots of delivery places now instead of the drivers using a map their company with
them this satlt nvg crap and they have to put in a post code to find it which is stupid instead of just
putting in road name +place name and often companies will employ drivers too stupid to be able to find
something like looking up a map which i did when i did courier work.!!!!
When i took a taxi yourney once he asked for postcode and i only knew part but fortonatelly when he was
just about to pass the road i was able to warn him but we could have gone the wrong way due to stupidity
of following postcodes.

outpatiant hospital waiting lists.

I would have regular appointments at homerton hospital in london for a bowl problem and on
what should have been my last visit the doctor said everything is allright now i am going to discharge you.
And i believe previously a latter appointment had been made but the doctor said i would not have to
come again.
However within a Short Period i was sent thru the
post a further apointment and told(P99)them i had been discharged.
However i got a letter
saying i had not turned up for the appointment and a new one was made for me and this went on and on
until eventually I DECIDED I WOULD GO TO APPOINTMENT EVEN THOUGH I HAD BEEN
DISCHARGED.
And after that I heard no more.
Now the POINT I AM MAKING IS THAT after
SOMEONE HAS BEEN DISCHARGED A HOSPITAL IS TAKING UP THE(P100)PLACE OF
SOMEONE ELSE ON THE WAITNG LIST WHEN OFFICE STAFF DO NOT update the records or
maybe the information from the (doctor is not sent to the correct place so a record has been made of
their discharge) AND i would like to know if there are others where ever you live in gt britain who after
being discharged have continued to recieve appointments that clog up the waiting list.!!!!!!!!!)
Then there was the election campaign and all i kept
seeing on tv or in the newspapers is the(P101)
claim that everyone can get an appointment within 48 hrs which is a load of old rubbish.!!!!
Because at my former gp surgury at
1 hammersmith bridge road w6 in the 5 yrs i had been registered there if i say i would like an
appointment the same week they allways tell me there are no APPOINTMENTS till the folowing week or
(10 maybe longer.!!!!)
And you definately could not go in the same day and say you wanted to see a doctor because you are not
as you had to be unwell promptly when the surgery opened or clog up casualty
The last STRAW THAT HAS MADE ME mention this
now is i went there to get a new astma inhaler and(P102)because i have to have a review of repeat
prescriptions every few months would have to have an appointment to see gp first.!!!!.
But they did not have an appointment till the next
week but i was going to Cornwall before that.!!!!!
Then there was the case were after having serious
astma attacks and seeing a local gp that was very good i was given an xray request card and told that i
after about a month being back to go to a hospital and get the xray done there.
Which i did at Charring cross hospital but the
receptionist to let me have the XRAY DONE ON MY CHEST AS THE REQUEST WAS FROM another
health authority(P103)and no amount of my saying this is the national health service and not the regional
health service made any difference.!!!!!!
The surgury at n1 above is hardly the dr ealingham type where if you came in same day would get
urgent attention.!!
I do not blame the doctors i blame the arrogant woman receptionists there who would not consult a dr
to ask before they turn you away.!!!!
The bad treatent my mum recieved at Old church and the New Queens hospital in Romford Essex.!!!!
I had hoped this matter would be not broadcast to the whole world as i am doing now but dealt with
purely between the hospital and myself but that was not to be as when i complained that my mum's
passing was no accident and due to neglect i hoped things would move on from there with police action
being taken but this was not to be after sending two letters and the reply's allways being that my mums
care was perfect when it was not.!!
Now i want to try to make the story as short as i can with just the main points so i start with my mum
having a fall at home being taken by ambulance to a hospital and then being transfered to Old Church
It was a painfull full but with the correct treatment there is no reason why a recovery should not take
place as it did where my mum had a similar fall but recieved exellent treatment at Derriford.!!
The first sign of a problem was when my mum asked my wife to get her some bananas but the nurse
re-fused that and i believe that my mum was left to starve.!!!!
Then the hospital said they wanted to put her on a drip but mum refused.
they fail to take any responsibility that my mum should have been given that drip as she was not realy in
the correct mind to have made such decisions and when she was in Derriford i made sure she had that
drip thru the hand which contributed praise God to her full recovery.!!!!!
Now even though it is painfull to have this thru the hand as they normally do you can allways have a
feeding drip thru the nose but this was not done either.!!
Many visitors that i sent said that my mum appeared to be doing well as my wittnesses.!!
It also appeared that the case of the OLD hospital closing down and all patients moving to the new
Queens was not a good idea.!!
I was also told by the hospital that mum had Alzhiemers which though i know she would forget things i do
not agree with.!!
I have a distaste for anything that has no13 now as it has been in this case very unlucky.!!
I was exited about celerbrating Christmass 2006 with my mum and new wife and step daughter however
on the dreaded 13th December my mum passed and i believe that she could still be around today but
it said on the hospital report that they made no effort to revive her which as far as i am concerned when
you compare it with the thugs that was teasing a mentaly ill woman when she was having some sort of
attack that i mentioned elsewhere on this site instead of giving medical attention where this poor
woman could have recovered amounts to murder so as far as i am concerned my mum was murdered by
not given that urgent medical attention on the dreaded 13th.!!
The report also claims she was given Morphine though it is denied this contributed but Dr shipman used
Morphine so i am not convinced and still believe that she was given a deliberate overdose but there was
no coroners court hearing and i believe there should have.!!!!
With regard to the Police i went from Cornwall to Romford Essex to try and get the police involved but
the women behind the counter told me i have to go thru the hospital first so i did and have exausted
the hospital route so wether i could get the Police to take action now i do not know as they seemed
very reluctant to get involved when i went to the police station.!!!!!

I did a coastal tour 6/Th July 2005 from Mine head to where the coast meets cornwall
i was hoping to complete in two weeks and hopefully spot some birds along the route.
It took 3 weeks in which i got to Clovely and then
had trouble with the a tape stuck in cam and in vain till before last day of return ticket tried to get
someone to fix it.
I came back in September with an external
recorder connected to camera and did some more recording but as i had(P105) to carry heavy car battery
as well and the large vhs recorder as the dvd recorder needed a monitor to record and an electrical
inverter to change 240 to 13.5 volts it was very slow but i got as far as Mill Mouth aprox 4 miles short of
Hartland point.!!!!
That was 2005 but i took a chance 2 years latter that a dvd recorder would record as i could not see what
was being recorded at Morvah on the St Ives peninsula and it worked praise God
I am glad to announce the whole of the north
Devon coast exept for Lundy island was compleated 18 December 2005 and 2nd March just gone.
But it is a race to go there before boat service stops.!
I hope to visit Lundy Island to do the coast but if
there is no sheduled boat service i would pay the fare of the return service if any of you has a boat.
Maybe a fishing boat and if not able to land the minimum i would hope for would be to (P106)
circumnavigate the island.!!

The above is an example of how since this governments
right to roam act landowners are still displaying this private sign and just round the corner from the
video location and up a hill there is the same sign.!
In future i hope to put more video examples in Somerset and in Devon and hope to make in future some
videos of places where there is a right to roam or what is called a permisive right but which appears only
to be given as the conditions are so bad that landowners would not even find it fit to walk a dog there as
conditions are so bad especially where there is a paralell private road where pedestrians and cylists are
not welcome.!!
An Example i may put on latter is a place i call bolder beach which is between Lamorna and penberth in
south Cornwall as the coast route goes thru this terrible bolder beach in front of someones property and
when it goes inland there is a good private road leading to the B3315 which is very good but the owner
has a big private sign there as we must use these woods with tracks not even good enough for the person
next door to take his dog if he has one.!!!!!
Also examples of the way one official pathways and bridle tracks etc are not signposted after a while
leaving people lost and with an example of non sign posting on public open ground.!!!!!!
I think this is often the case where a landowner says yes but realy means no so do not have any signs
telling you of the official path and keep them in a dangerous state of dissrepair like one about a mile or
two further up the coast from Morvah and the tin mines where there is a permitted right of way that was
4 years ago when i left for the main road with the bike and it had this unnessarsary obstruction with
barbed wire i think as well even though there was no animals and everything fell on me while trying to
this obstruction and i was trapped but was able to get out but could have waited hrs or days for anybody
to pass.!!!!!
Then there is another supposed right of way a bridle way from Soap cove on the Lizard peninsula where
there is a farm house and what at first looks like a good track that i used think led to the Lizard Helston
road but then you have an airfield and i expect the farmer is allowed to use the good solid path that leads
to the A3083 and i understand that the national trust own the land but the rest is probably with the perm-
ssion of the ministry of defence that the farmer can use the good track but we are diverted to Mullion
thru a dispicable bridle track that must be use by the farmer as when i left the coast to use it 4 yrs ago
2004 there was these deep track marks that turned into a swimming pool and in places like a quagmire
and you have to try and find the less deep part otherwise it could be like a swap.
In between there are ok parts but the point is these things never realy dry up because even in summer
there is never enough sunshine and heat to try the quagmire and it is totally wrong for the farmer to leave
these tracks in such a diobolical state of repair and if he is a national trust tennant should be told legal
action should be taken unless he puts the bridal way right.!!!!
It should not be a thing to fix as all they need is to get some of the plentyfull large bolders and dump them
in the whole which would then fill up the trenches and though it would still be bumpy to cylcle if you were
at least it would be better and suprisingly after 4 years it was still the same a few months ago when i went
round there and there is another pathetic one that runs by Mulion cricket club that needs sorting out as
well.!!!!!

The above is an example of how the countryside has
been littered with rubbish and how and how despite the fact that one pays the council for rubbish cleaning
it remains uncleaned which is of course receiving money on false pretences which of course everyone
knows if a private citizen provided a rubbish cleaning service for money but took your money and did not
clean the rubbish up they would prosecute you for fraud which is precisely what councils do when they
collect money for services not given.!!!!!!
More examples on video i hope to God will make in the future of town littering and how it can by fatal to
birds eating non food stuff rubbish.!!!!
The propoganda about recycling.!!!!
I may do in the future a report about that exposes as propoganda the governments recycling message.
But as things stand now there has allways been some sort of re-cycling in Britain and it worked very
well but it has now been hyjacked by the European mob who dictacte to the british government targets
for re-cycling and where as in the past i have seen programmes on tv council workers using specialised
machines to separate bits and pieces we are now instructed to do this ourselfs dispite the machinery being
to do this.!!!!!
And we are talking about the days when all the rubbish was put in one bin and collected and
separated by the experts but now because of this brussels interference people are being bullied in this
rubbish thing and new sorts of criminals are being created of which it may very well be the elderly
prosecuted about recycling who may not understand while the fraudulant bunches that are paid public
money to in order to do these jobs get away with it.!!!!!
It has allways been a sort of joke that dustmen will do there work in the morning and then go home but i
think the joke has run its course and why should they do just part of a days work and then go home.!!!!!
they could use the rest of the day to sort out rubbish at recycling and perhaps collect rubbish from the street.!!
When i worked for a local council there would often be dustmen strikes but instead of losing money
because of the strike they would demand extra money to clear the back log.!!!!
Also the recycling only does not apply to business customers as when i saw a local tv prog a few months
ago the council were i believe prosecuting or threatening to prosecute some business customers who took
some things to be recycled.!!!!!
+there has allways been some sort of recycle bins in the street or at shops long before this brusels
interference.!!!!
Then there is some extremest about who go on and on about plastic bags when it is not the plastic bag that
is at fault it is carless people that dump them.!!!!!
I use plastic bags to protect paper work that especially in Cornish rain would get destroyed plus they are
usfull in protecting electrical equipment when i go out incase of rain.!
**If anybody is concerned about not having the bin emptied weekly and can not get enough in the bin well
there is one easy way to get around it and that is buy your own dustbins and fill it with as much as you
want.
There is no law to say you can not buy your own dustbin and put it out.!!!!!
With the gvmt keep telling us to be green and out carbon foot print i suppose they think they are above the
law and their own advice when after watching an itv prog we find things for re-cycling are going to India.

I propose that it should not be councils reslponsible for re-cycling but the supermarkets such as tesco
where all the tin cans bottles etc and anything recyciable sold by the store would either be put in to
where ever when you do you shop or they could come round and collect.!
With regard to many newspaper reports about people being sent to criminal courts about rubbish and
re-cycling as well due to some letter or peace of paper bearing a name and address i must strongly
stress that in the same way they are allways telling people on tv to be carefull of how we disspose of
personal information incase crooks go thru our dustbins to find and use this and that it is an offence
then it is a criminal offence under the data protection also for employee's of councils to do the same to
try and find out personal details about anyone as they have on many occassions.
There fore i suggest that if anyone recieves a letter from a council employee threatening them with ct
action because something has been found with someones name and address on that the indivdual
concerned prosecute not the council but the the individual who sent the letter as a private citizen for
violation of data protection wether it is in normal rubbsih or at a recycle station.!
Nobody is above the law and if any of these un-elected employee's did the same out side the hours of
their employment and were caught the police would prosecute them.!!!!
With regard to cleaning things oneself before putting them to be re-cycled (one council asks you to
clean out tin cans.)!!!!!
CONSIDERING they have got work liablility insurance for their employee's and the correct
machinery to clean them out ordinary people do not so if they threaten like a bully with prosecution
and somebody puts there fingers in the cans and cuts their fingers as i cut myself very badly on a tin
cin can before then any victim of that should sue for injury and even go to court for judical review.!!!!
I have seen people before that have an ailemen that gives them shaky hands and there is no way they
could be expected to put hands in tin cans.!!!!!
A few comments on news items and other things happening around.
(CRIME).A few months ago i saw a channel 4 programme that dispelled the myth that those that commit
crime are no longer rewarded for doing it when there was a group of youngsters under the either care or
supervision of lambeth social services who thanks to the good old tax payer were sent to South Africa for
so-called re-abilitation when the same social services will not of course spend money on the victims of
crime which is sadly often the elderly by saying "here is a lovely holiday".!!!!
And even when it comes to social services care for the elderly they are allways cutting back on money and i doubt they even have outings for them but yet there is a never
ending pot of tax payers money to pay for the type of holiday like the safari boys holiday a few years
ago.!!!!!
The second point about crime is the way in which this judiciary are
prejudiced with the way they sentence.!!!!
When a 90 something man i believe it was that was attacked the attacker got a non prison sentence but
when someone listened into a royal phone call they were imprisoned despite the fact that they did not
commit any violence.!!!!
And then there is the man from the canoe who disappeared and his accomplice wife who got money from
an insurance company.
Now there has not even been a court case but they are securely locked in a prison despite the fact that
they have done no violence towards others and yet i often read of those who commit knife crime and gun
crime and some particularly violent and they are allways generally given bail and some just dissapear and
commit more crime.!!!!
*****What was written about mr and mrs Canoe is now historical and they have been sentenced but i
wish to make a point that although wrong the insurance company's also find whatever way they can to
defraud the customer in many types of claim some examples are medical insurance others are holiday
insurance when they find ways of getting out of paying when a claim is made and on many other policies
but these fraudsters wont go before a court of law for what have done at least not a criminal ct if somone
sues them but they will probably get some obscured knight hood to be a so called sir or promoted to the
hs of lords as a reward for frauds.!!!!!
Then there is members of parliament themselves.
If some one is on social security benefits you are expected to buy food out of that pay for travel buy tv and
buy licence out of that and you can not claim expenses on top but it is fraudulent when mp's can get all
the essential things that others have to pay for out of their income with out having to use their income at
all and just claim expenses.!!!!
And even if they do not claim a penny of expense for anything i have still had mp's that i consider if they
were in any other job would be dishohestly earning their money and could be sacked for.!!!!!
We all pay the salaries of mp's thru direct or indirect tax and there for if they refuse do answer say letters
from constituents or sent stupid reply's as i have had before when you ask for help such as in the case of
the ex mp mr sedgemoore when i wrote saying i lived in a street and buses went by and this was a
basement property and the windows shook and his reply was he was not prepared to do anything as it
might upset bus passengers is apart from being absurd and a case for one not earning the money that i
paid him to do the job i can only say that if it were to happen outside his hs he would be in front of a
campaign to stop buses going down there.!!
I believe i also wrote to him about the absurdity of a street where so many buses and taxis are allowed in
but not cars that the bus route ground to a halt but as usual he could not care less about limiting that
amount of buses so there is a flow.!!
Another letter where he exausted my patience was about getting cycle lanes for bycycles and cycles and
separated from buses and taxis but all he did after my exaustive work composing a letter to him is "wish
you well in your campaign.!!!!!
I did not ask for his blessing on my campaign i asked him to do what an mp is paid for and go out and
campaign to the councils and who ever begging them to create cycle lanes.!!!!!
I would normally go to an mp as a last resort where having approached others by letter and having it
ignored an going to the press about vitally important issues that they were not interested in and being
told to write to the letters page and the letter never gets printed where else can you turn other than the
elected member of parliament and there were periods like this where i had hoped mr s would go to the
press on my behalf with an issue and bring it into the public domain and not just that but to bring an
issue up in the hs of commons not send the silly type of letter he sent about my campaign when i went to
him after exausting all other ways.!!!!
To me as a payer of an mp's sallary that is a sackable offence.!!
Suprisingly when there was an election campagne he turned up on foot with a megaphone at one of the
previous address where i was his constituent but when he saw me standing at the gate he turned round
and went the other way.!!!!
What i would like in this country is a different way of voting so instead of voting for the(mp) we vote for
the party we like because we may not like the mp but like the party just like in the United states you
vote for one party or the other and in the case of this country we could have a 2nd vote for the mp you
prefer and the party who get the overal most votes nationaly is the one that forms the government.!!!!
Another mp that i wont name other than he is conservative i went to his const to see him about the
problems having as a free-lance private journalist and one of them is about the over the top library
censorship of the internet and said there are many harmfull sites out there but they are not blocked on
council libr comp such as buying sites and many harmfull books that anyone can read but said that when
i tried to access the accompanying videos on my site they were blocked."
He sent a letter back that showed he was not interested and out of touch with the reality and constituents
and did not understand.
I also told him on the list of things i handed him that the labour gvmt promised on tv that all who wanted
would be given computers at home and the same also said that all would be given access to the internet
but that the gvmt had lied about this and that when i asked at an employment so-called help back to
work place it was refused and also at the dpmt of social security and made a point that there are many
businesses that cld be home based but using a comp and also using the internet and it would save on the
daily trafic jams of many going to work having home based busineses but he ignored that part of the list
and when i sent a letter to him at the house of commons mentioning this and other parts he did not
mention in my list he ignored the letter.
This is to me fraudulent as we pay mp's there wages and they have no right to ignore them and if it was
any one else they would be sacked.!!!!!
The other point about mp's and this one particularly is that the rules state that you have to deal with your
own mp and can not go to one in another constituency area so far so good but in this case when i wrote
to him about my concerns the actual things i brought up of concern were not taking place in his
constituency but were hundreds of miles away in Cornwall such as the computers thing and one of those
agents that the gvmnt use that are supposed to be there to help people get back to work that are on
bennefit and i mentioned that with the price of computers never going down in price since the home
comp was invented hovering around the £500 or maybe £400 mark it made it virtually imposible for
those on bennefit who wanted to start their own business using a comp at home to ever get off but he
ignored this as i said and would not dare challenge the gvmt about their broken promise of free comp
and intn access and even without that i had asked this mp to atleast chalenge the makers of these comp to
bring their prices down so all can afford but again he ignored it.!!!!
I have genrally had second hand comps but lacked a laptop due to (price).!!!!!
I went to a 2nd hand place and got one eventualy that was very slow 32mb for about £150.
Fortunatley i eventualy got a new one due to a small lottery win of £900 and paid £329 for it.
I remarked how when the home video cameras and home video recorders came out in the 1980's they
were expensive at £500 but that now you could get these things for maybe £100 but the comp industry
were not prepared to do the same even though it has now been many years since they were out.!!!!!
Away from this letter i realy think some mp's including the one above live in some sort of Cuckoo land
where they think you must only contact them about things that happen in their constituency and that
constituents are only concerned with things that happen within that area.!!!!!
So if i were to write to him about farmers leaving mud on the road and so spreading the potencial of
cattle diseases he would probably ignore it as there are no farms in his const.!!!!!
If i were to write and complain about tractors from farms being used on the public highway in Cornwall
to carry day to day goods instead of using lorry's and therefore causing distruption to othere road users i
think he would ignore that as well and the last example is if i wrote and said i would like the gvmt to
re-insate all the rail branch lines in southwest England he would without a doubt definately ignore that
probably because none of the examples are anthing that goes on in his constituency. But this would be an
incorrect and wrong attitude to take.!!!!!!
Then there is a prejudiced sentencing system based on wether a victim is elderly or victim mentaly ill.!!!!!
If somebody was murdered that was a high educational achiever then normally the murder gets a definite
charge of murder but i have a found when it has been an elderly victim or middle age person the
murderers allways get away with manslaughter like those children that threw stones at a man in is 60's
and though the majority bieleve it was murder there was a man-slaughter verdict and a lenient sentence
and perhaps some social services department will use the taxpayers money to sent them on a safari.!!!!!
Then there was the case of a mentaly ill woman who had some sort of fit outside her house and instead
givng medical help and calling an ambulance they abused her and she perished very sadly and they were
not even charged with manslaughter where as i am sure if she had been a university lecturer or graduate
then the full force of the law would come down.!!!!
Then there has been many cases of violence used against elderly which of course if they had been young
may not have been life threatening but the judges in these cases must have so many university
qualifications that they are thick and do not give harsh sentences out based on somebodys age.!!!!
I was also shocked when i read stories about the same type of judges given stupid sentences in cases of
violence towards young children and babies.!!!!
As tax payers directly or indirectly we pay the judges wages and if they do not give the sentence to fit the
crime then i for one believe they are fraudalently receiving their money.!!!!!
I wll highlight any case where i consider it to be a mis-carriage of justice and will keep my views here
untill hopefully it is corrected.!!!!
USELESS STATISTICS.!!!!
The goverment often keep and print statistics that are of no concern to anybody and are a waste of paper
but many they do are just harmless rubbish and most of us probably do not believe they are true any way.
But in this case they print usless statistics to stir up trouble,i do not normally buy this paper but Dineo
bought in a copy and they had printed pointless government statistics on chldren born to mothers who
were born outside britain which i consider is a racialist thing to print and done for one purpose and that
is to create some sort of trouble and get people to vote for them by adopting the right wing policies of the
anti imigration party's.!!!!
My son's mum was born in an island near south america and my step daughter was born abroad and this
government is trying to flair racial trouble by printing these useless statistics.!!!
And sad to say the conservatives wanted to make political game out of it by commenting on it rather than
keep their mouths shut.!!!!!
These people that print and those that comment on these useless statistics and the newspapers that repeat
this rubbish by printing it would be better off going after tv progs like big brother that promote the idea
of 1 nights stands etc.!!!!!!
In the old testament there was a peacefull co-existance between the Israelites and the Egyptian's in Egypt
until someone came up with useless and racialist statistics about the birth rate of the Israelites so it is not
new when these useless pointless statistics come out.!!!!!
Connected with this is when taboloid newspapers print stories about imigration although it is good to
have debate they often go too far and i believe stir up racial trouble.!!
One case is where they done a story from a group of unelected members of the house of lords who came up
with this idea that immigration has done nothing for this country and as usual the papers get as their
spokesman and present him as if he was a spokesman for the british people a man with the so-called sir
title of which there are many who are appaerntly so famous that i had never heard of before the tabloids
brought him out and now even the bbc shamefully use him.!!
And i am sure there are many like me who have never heard of the people before who have these knight-
hoods untill they get into the news.!!
It does not make anybody respectable just because they have got a knighthood.!!!!
Oswald mosely was a freind of mr hitler and was given a knighthood and never stripped of it or the honer
or his wife so-called lady was never taken away not even posthumously and i saw a prog on the bbc a few
months ago showing how even in modern days mr mosley was anti black.!!!!
Now the point i am making about all these tabloid stories is that there are some of their readers who sadly
commit violent attacks on foriegners and one was the terrible murder of a middle eastern student in
southern England a while back.!!!!
But this is not isolated as i have heard of overseas stutents being sadly attacked by thugs in Devon more
than once and i am sure those that commit these sickening attacks probably read these un-named
taboloids that whip up this hystiria in the first place.!!
The same papers promote the idea of british going to live abroad in places like france and spain etc.!!!!
In the countries i have visited they are all very freindly to British people especially Arab countries like
U/A/E.
In Botswana they love you and i wish to dispell the myth that all round the world there are millions of
people queing up to come to Britain disscontented with their own country.!!!!!
There are many around the world who love their country and way of live and want nothing else and many
in good jobs and well paid jobs who are happy and just want to live in their country.!!!!
That is what i found in Botswana.!!!!
A word on the tv faking fiasco.!!!!
ALTHOUGH i do not watch most of the affected as i class them as rubbish,the press failed to mention one
that i allways suspected of perhaps being facked on c4 and i told someone else i thought it could not be
true when in a prog presented by Chriss evens they would phone up what was supposed to be viewers and
ask them to throw items out of the window that was on a list and everybody that the prog phoned
conveniently had every single item on the list and one of them was a tennis racket which i certainly do no
have but as if by maigic all those that answered the phone did and i wondered how on earth they just
happend to have them which of course would win a prize.!!!!
Then of course i saw this prog presented by David attenburgh about global warming and he was seen
talking to this man who was suppossed to have this enviromental freindly way of boilng water and was
supposed to be making a hot cup of tea for David BUT we never saw this cup of tea being poured out as
the prgr finished at that point so we are left with no clue wether it was a fake or not.!!!!!
Then their is the itv regional production fund in which ofcom i understand informed them they must give
the oppertunity for independants like mysef and from the regions to make programmes for transmission
on itv day and they were holding a serious of roadshows in different parts of britain for participants to
attend and i attended one in Edingburgh in 2005 by coach from Cornwall.
Though i did not recieve a commissioning i do not believe any like myself did and i believe the roadshow
were probably a smoke screen to make it look to ofcom that itv wanted to get independants that had not
had a prog shown on tv like myself the oppertunity to have a commissioning.!!!!
The reason i come to that point is because itv day apart from appearing to remain the same has just got
1 new prog and that is in the afternoon presented by David dickingson and i do not see how some big
celebrity would just say yes to a prog from some unknown like myself.
In fact i can not see how anything is made by anyone other than from the inside either on itv's day
schedule or the rest.!!!!
I even read that on the bbc the top gear prog that Jeremy clarkson has got a share in the company that
the paper says make the prog so what hope is there for independants like my self of breaking into the
industry is virtually zero and ofcom should put their foot down so who ever supply progs to bbc itv or
others does not have a permanent place there but open it up to anyone to do like they would when
offering a cleaning company contract.!!!!
I hv tried to get an interview with the so-called listening man David camera myself but he ignored the
letter so i phoned house of commons and started to read out contents to secratary but she interupted and
said send in an email i did that just to find he has some sort of email blocking system were it is sent back
unread as in my case so to get someone like mr dickingson to make a prog for itv wld be pretty much
impossible.!!!!
And across the tv stations it is pretty much closed shop unfortunately for newcommers to get their progs
aired with celebrity names having their own production companies such as ant an dec Chriss tarrant and
many more so with outsiders like myself i am facing a virtual imposible battle to have a contract which is
unfair.!!
THE DIGITAL tv debate.I have watched how channels on free-view have
had their hours cut like uk tv history where they no longer have an evening service which means the vast
majority who work during the day now never get to see it week days.
And they have cut out uk tv bright ideas and then there are the ones that you watch you start to like and
then they suddenly get pulled from the service like sky travel being replaced by sky 3 men and motors
pulled off and ftn pulled off and replaced by virgin 1.
Now the point i am trying to make by this is i start to wonder wether when they do this digital switch over
that it is i believe the goverment pressing for that perhaps the free-view service may be closed down as
well and everyone that wants to continue watching then would be forced into subscription tv only.!!!!
Then i get fed up with what ch4 are doing on there as they start a +1 service and then keep pulling it off
and replacing with another +1 service, and the most annoying thing they did was to get rid of the +1
service for film 4 as i allways found the +2 service for film 4 more convenient to watch and what they
replaced it with they may have just as well left a blank screen as people that get free-view boxes do not do
it for the channels that are already on terestial they get them for the extra services not to watch the progs
of ch4 1 hr latter.!!!!
Then top up tv the way they do things is not good as after buying a box they want you to buy their box and
even in some cases get a new tv with a card slot to watch when all they need do is the system were others
phone a number and it is done over the phone.!!!!!
To add to that the gvmt suggested selling the analouge frequency's to phone company's.
This is a non starter because apart from all cell phone users then having to change their phone it would
mean that your cell phone would be unlikely to work abroad especially when other countries still use
analouge tv uhf frequencies like Botswana Africa.!!!!

which was probably set while the British were there but at the point were the Tropic of Capricorn passes
theA1 road in the video the sign on the stone says that on 22nd December the sun pases over the bar on
the stone at 12 minutes past 12 pm.
In gt Britain where the Zero 'meridian pases thru Greenwich which is tecnically Kent is called by those in
government as london is where we get Greenwich mean time from with time Zones set at 15' intervals=1hr
with 180' east of Greenwich=12hrs ahead and going the other way west you also travel 180' with the time
being earlier than Greenwich.
It is imposible with the degree's of a circle to be any more than 12 hrs difference from Gmt but there is 1
pacific island where they peddle nonsence of them being 14hrs ahead of Gmt which is imposible but even
though imposible successive british governments for years have peddled the lie of British summer time
where they have big ben 1 hr ahead of gmt the last Sunday in March to the 4th Sunday in October i have
not fallen in to this lie where you are supposed to pretend 11am gmt is Midday and 11pm Gmt not just
pretend it is midnight but we are supposed to believe the nonsence that it is now Am and further nonsence
pretend we are in a new month at 11pm on the last day of the month.!

I have not put my clock farward since 1975 as i will not conform to this nonsence where all that realy
happens is people get up anhr early go to bed an hr early, go to work an hr early go home an hr early etc
and tv progs are all an hr early and public transport starts an hr early and finishes an hr early which
could easily be done without changing clocks and with agreements.
(So this is the real 12 oclk midday)and the temperature in November early December is about 90' in parts
of the north and 100' in parts of the south and even higher in the Kalahari desert.
There is no parking lines like yellow in towns etc and no traffic warderns.
It was so hot that the rivers had evaporated along the route of the road the
(a1)and most ponds and of course with such extreme heat there is allways the need to drink water and of
course during the course of any ground journey sensible people would take precautions by bottling water
for a journey.
However it is different at airports and especially when some goverments want to dance to the tune of the
bottled water industry as they would rather not say no to a minority of voters that hold lots of money
rather than the majority who are just the plain old customers that pay this minority their wages.!!!!
When on return via JOHANASBURG AIRPORT the airport check workers asked us to drink the full
bottles of water or DUMP THEM IN THEIR DUSTBIN.!!!!
I told the man there that i am a free-lance journalist and that there are people THIRSTING FOR
WATER IN PARTS OF DROUGHT STRIKEN AFRICA AND THIS WAS A CRIME JUST TO POUR IT
DOWN THE DRAIN WHEN THE BOTTLES COULD GO TO THE NEEDY and with his attitude i
would write about this and showed him my bectu card.
But he was not moved by that and there fore i am writting as promised as i did say what is wrong with us
drinking this water in the departure lounge while waiting for our plane but he would not allow that and i
will tell you the reason why we were not allowed to drink this water in the departure lounge and that is
because there are people there selling water the airport and selling it very expensive and not just that but
thru travelers do not allways want to change a small bit of money
just to buy water bottles.!!!!
But compare the practices in South Africa with the airport in The United Arab Emirates where we went on
route back to Heathrow and they have at The United Arab Emirates aiport FREE WATER MACHINE.!!
Heathrow also has free water machine on arrivals side though i am not sure about on the departures side
but it is not too bad on departures as you go more or less straight to your plane but when going thru
South africa to another connecting flights if it was straight down one ramp and up another it would not
be so bad there can be long gaps between flights and waiting and it is normally very hot there so you get
thirsty and can be there hrs before your connecting flight.!!!!
Not only that to compare both airports when we got to United Arab Emirates we were given a meal ticket
for a free meal which was absolutely delicious and if i see the same type of restaraunt in britain i would
definitely like to visit it.!!!!
***** The free meal given by Etihad to thru travellers is currently (disscontinued). It may be because the
increasing cost of fuel meant they had to discontinue this instead of upping fares.
So as i have no current plans to go anywhere it may change in the future who knows unless someone
informs me otherwise.!! (In the video below my Dineo mentions seeing lions this was a mix up with a
previous visit to Chobee where we saw lions.)

I read in a South African newspaper that We were given to read in the plane journey that there are those
in parts of South Africa who are poor and have been forced to have water meters that they can not afford
and they have to make up their minds to go WITHOUT VITAL MEDICINES JUST TO PAY FOR THIS
WATER AND IF A MEDICAL CONDITION MEANS THEY NEED TO USE WATER FOR
WHATEVER treatment may be dialisis then they are in real trouble.!!!!!
All this TROUBLE is going on and also i read in a british newspaper how refugees that are fleeing the
civil war in Sudan to Chad are having to endure the extreme temperatures of the Sahara Dessert with
lack of water while gallons maybe OF BOTTLED WATER IS POURED DOWN
THE DRAIN AT JOBURG AIRPORT FOR COMMERCIAL REASONS and perhaps other airports.!!!!!
One more thing about the bottled water fiasco is that thousands of partially drank bottles will litter not
just this airport but every airport and if you put all those measures of water together you will probably
have millions of gallons of wasted water when there are water shortages and many thirsting.!!!!!

Normally i fill a bottle up with tap water and may not allways drink it all but in the airport if you are
thirsty you may just require a few sips not a whole bottle of water.!!!!!
And even if all the water is drank there are millions of plastic bottles that need disposing and either being
buried in the ground creating a head ache or they get thrown any where littering and many are littering
beaches in Cornwall and many litter the sea where if there were drinking taps in airports and on land this
rubbish thing would start to come under control but just like airports not saying know to the bottled

AGE distrimination.!!!!
When i travelled on United Airlines a few years ago the cabin crew looked like youngsters and that was
before british law said you must not descrminate on age,but despite that the cabin crew on the South-
African flight from Heathrow that we took looked no older than Children.!!!!
My Dineo thought they may look about (19).!!!!
So it makes me wonder why does the BRITISH goverment create such laws but not inforce them.!!!
The cabin crews on our return Etihad airways planes did not look much older and no-one on any of our
connecting flights looked over (30).!!!!!
Where as the age problem can not be dealt with by this government for the connections that do not use
this country this government should jolly well say to any airlines that age discriminate "you can not use
our airports and can not use our air space unless you employ a mixed age crew."!!!!!
This violation of the age discrimination thing is hardly something the airlines are doing invisibly but the
fact is this government will just ignore this practice as is the usual practice when they are scared of those
with lots of money not voting for them so for instance with the bank charges they have an enquiery but do
nothing incase those that do the charges vote conservative.!!!!
And another example is test match cricket on terrestrial tv they let go to sky because they are frightend if
they say no then mr murdock wont want to give political support to this labour government.!!!!
So i quite understand why they wont do anything about age discrimination in the planes and of course in
the tv industry they do not like it seems to have anybody above the age of 40 on screen or not many and
this government do nothing.!!!!!

A law has been introduced that says anybody drinking alchol in the outside in a public place can be fined
5,000 Pula.!
In Botswana you will get about 10 pula to a £ so but in England you may get about 6pd for about 100-
pula but within Botswana you would be looking at about the equivalent of about a £500 for the alchohol
offence it is said it has been done as there appears to be lots of traffic incidents involving alchohol accord-
ing to Dineo.!
Perhaps Britain needs to adopt tough stance like this to put a stop to trouble caused by those commiting
violence by alchohol in our towns and citys.!!!!
Next story the bread line in Botswana Frances town.!!!!
We witnessed hundreds it seemed of people queing up for bread in more than one supermarket.
Dineo says they come over from Zimbabwe to buy bread as it is only a few miles to the east and stock
up.!!
I think there are many Zimbaweans that if they can probably go for not just bread but a weekly shop in
Botswana and if they drive maybe they fill up with fuel there as well.!!
Currently though there is no money exchange offered at barclays in botswana for Zimbabwean money so
how they can spend it in the shops of Botswana i do not know.!!

For a long while i have thought with regard to arguments about airport expansion like at Heathrow the
Answer is very simple indeed.!!
The alternative to building extra runways is Simple the tecknology has existed for many years for
vertical take off and landing planes.!!
This would require less space and could even allow extra flight slots to the airport as they allways claim
the capacity is not big enough.!!!
Now the planes could still use the horizontal land and take off in airports in other parts of the world
where there is not the same amount of heavy air used as Heathrow.!!
I also had another idea when taxing at high speed for take off.
I thought instead of having a runway just to take off i thought we could have these runways linking say
cornwall with Manchester just an idea and you would have these planes that although they would have
the ability to fly would instead travel on these hundreds of miles long runways on the ground at a few
hundred miles an hour and get to different parts of the country in record time.!!!!!
There was an incident that left me shaken a while back
with Devon and Cornwall police but before i go into that i will have to start with a similar one with the
Metropolitan Police in the 1980's.
Now the police will allways say that if you carry anything valuable in a motor not to have it displayed to
advertise that this is what you have got.!!
But when you take that advice and cover
it with a blanket like me you then get accused by them of trying
to hide stollen property or whatever.!!!!
I was in Leytonstone in Essex and had either parked the motor or was turning round in my transit van
when two policemen with apparently nothing to do asked me to stop.
And when they could not find anything wrong with the motor they saw the blanket on the front seat and
asked me to show them what was there and when i did they libelousley accused me of stealing this
because it seems as if they created a new law that said that ordianry people are not allowed to own
umatic video recorders as in their opinion these were used by broadcasters like the bbc itv etc and these
police men seemed to stereo type of people that own them as well.!!!!
Now the fact is anybody can buy any tv euipment that any tv station has, there No LAW TO SAY YOU
CAN NOT BUY AND USE THE SAME STUFF AS THEY USE AND MAKE HIGH QUALITY video's.!!
Now if it was a TRANSMITTER I COULD BUY IT BUT WOULD HAVE TO OBTAIN A LICENCE
TO USE IT.!!!!!!
BUT THERE IS NO LAW ON THE OTHERS I LEGITIMATELY BOUGHT IT.!!!!!
Yet these two police men seemed to think they could make up their own law and started checking to see if
any of what i had there had been stollen but there was no record of this but they were still not satisfied
so they wanted me to provide a reciept which i did not have on me anyway and only stopped this
harrasment as i call it rather than police work when i got them to phone up the person who sold it to
me.!!!!
They also seemed to take the attitude on agism that because i was in my twenties that i looked too young
to own this type of thing were as if i were a bit older they may not have done all this hassling.!!!!!
BUT IT DOES NOT finish here as a while back i went to Plymouth Devon and bought an external
hard drive 750 Gbts as i thought i may need it to cope with the ever more video productions and i
allready had a 500 one but feared it would run out as with the hdd camera i use i 35 mins is the
approximate period i get for the 8gb memory that the camera holds.!!!!
And after getting back decided to get out at Truro and visit Pc world to get a prog that i needed in
conjunction with the video production.!!!!
I have a ruk sak but the amount of room is very limited especially when i was carrying shopping as well.
I got out the bus in the centre OF TRURO BOSCAWEN STREET BUT IT WAS BECOMING ever so
difficult trying to stop the contents of the ruk sak falling out and getting lost and THE BOXES FOR THE
PROGRAMMES I BOUGHT TOOK UP A MASSIVE AMOUNT OF ROOM FOR SUCH A SMALL
ITEM inside so i decided that i would dispose of one of the big boxes by taking out what was inside and
tearing it up.!!!!!
THE PAVEMENTS ARE VERY NARROW IN BOSCAWEN STREET so i could not possible any way
even if not sit down on a busy pavement with hundreds of people passing and cause an obstruction while
I TEAR THIS BOX UP AND TAKE EVERYTHING OUT OF MY RUK SAK AND THEN PUT
everything back.!!!!!!
There is a convenient alleyway next to one of the stores there where the busses stop so i stopped at the
head of the alleyway in full view of everybody as i have got nothing to hide and was not causing an
obstruction and started tearing one of the BOXES UP WHEN THIS BOY YOU COULD CALL HIM
YOUNG MAN CAME RUNNING OUT OF THE ALLEYWAY AND have never seen anybody use this
alleyway anyway and as i had nothing to hide as i was doing it in full view of everybody I CONTINUED
TRYING TO mak room in my bag when these two very young policemen came and started as far as i am
concern to harrass me like those ones were at Leytonstone all those Years before.!!!!!
I think maybe they were community support officers but the thing was they wanted me to provide
a reciept to prove ownership which i find offensive as though i did have it because i had only bought it
very recently that day i ASK WHAT WOULD HAPPEN IF I HAD DONE WHAT MILLIONS OF
PEOPLE DO TO THEIR RECIEPTS THAT VISIT TESCO AND THAT IS IF THEY DO NOT PUT
THEM IN THE BIN THEY LEAVE THEM BY THE TILL BUT QUITE OFTEN THEY JUST LITTER
THE FLOOR IN CAR PARK OUTSIDE THEIR STORES.!!!
I was terrified that they would accuse me of stealing something that i bought and arrest me and steal my
property.!!!!!
WE EXPECT THE POLICE TO PROTECT US FROM THIEVES NOT BECOME THEM
THEIR SELVES.!!!!!
THESE two seemed to have created a new law saying you have to keep your reciepts for ever.!!!!
SO with that being the case why do they not stop anyone with shopping and ask to provide a reciept to
prove ownership or even the clothes you wear ask for reciepts for things that may have been bought
years ago.!!!!!
And if their idea of providing a reciept or get arrested and have your goods taken is what they go by to
prove ownership then i say if someone burgles they could also use the polices non existent law and
demand that the person that they stole from provide reciepts to prove ownership.!!!!!
By all means they can do a check and see if anybody has reported it missing but that is about all.
As it was even if i had thrown the reciept away the stores would have got video of me buying the goods.!!
This WHOLE INCIDENT HAS MADE ME FEARFULL OF THE POLICE NOW.!!!!!
AND IT IS NOT JUST THAT BUT THEY ASSUMED I WAS A TRAMPS BECAUSE I WAS
CARRYING RUK SAK AND A PARKA JACKET I WAS WEARING ON A WARM DAY BECAUSE IT
WAS COLD WHEN I LEFT EARLY IN THE MORNING.!!!!!
I often carry a ruk sak as it is a convenient way of carrying things and i often put shopping in there and
it allows me to be hands free which is easier than carrying lots of carrier bags but i believe these
policemen must have made up a new law that says anybody that goes about with a ruk sak is must be a
tramp that carries their home.!!!!
I FEEL ANGRY THAT THEY SHOULD MAKE SUCH A JUDGEMENT AS A GROUP OF
CHILDREN HAD ALSO MADE THAT JUDGEMENT ON ME DUE TO THE FACT THAT I WAS
CARRYING A LOT OF THINGS WITH MY BIKE WHEN I HAD FINISHED DOING AN AFTER-
NOONS RECORDING FINISHING AT MARAZINE AND AS I DO NOT HAVE A CAR I HAVE
TO USE PUBLIC TRANSPORT OR MY BIKE TO TAKE EUIPMENT AROUND WITH ME TO
RECORD SO I WILL ALLWAYS HAVE A LOT.!!!!!
I told the child on this housing estate who asked me if i was a tramp that i was a tourist so i carry a lot.
And there was another youngster who asked the same type of question on a different occassion so i do
not like this type of behavior of judging wether from children or the police.!!!!!
The other thing about the police in Truro is they ignore and leave the real tramps alone that drink
alcohol and have commited the occassional robbery there who when i complained to the police there that
i had been threatend by one (this was a few years ago) that i believe wanted to rob me was very reluctant
to come out.!!!!!!
I had got out the train at Truro one night to get a bus back to Cury as there was allways shops open at
Truro and it was the last connecting bus where if i got out at Redruth i would have to walk from
Culdrose roundabout the 2 miles.!!!!
When one of the alcoholics and possible drug takers demanded i give him my ruk sak.
I was frightened so i what i said back to him worked.!!!!
I said i will give you the ruk sak but pretendted it it would blow up to frighten him and praise God it
worked.!
I was on my way to tesco and was frightend i would meet him again on return to the bus station so found
a public phone bus and called the police and told them what i had pretended but they were totally uncon-
cerned and seemed to think these men were harmless and kept telling me i should not worry but i believe
eventualy they did send a foot policeman there.!!!!
I expect the police never never bother these people at all and yet even THOUGH RARE there is robbery's
in CORNWALL and the police damed well know who they are but rather than winoes that you also get
at Penzance they pick on me.!!!!
I often hear about those of other races or different religions complaining about the stop and search by
the police and i have allways had a great deal of sympaphy for innocent victims, however they genrally
stand by each other and will protest about these matters to try and get unfair practices stopped.!!
However if like me you do not belong to any of these type of groups the police will pick on you.
Especially if the the police use this agist strategy as i believe they seemed to have invented this new law
that somebody of my age should not be buying computer products as if it is for youngsters and anybody
of my age caught with one is treated with suspicion as if to say a grown man should not read childrens
books as when i was a child i enjoyed Enid blyton books especially the adventure books and even as an
adult for a while i would go to the library and and borrow those books.!!!!!
And suppose i enjoyed game boy machines would say that only children are allowed to have them and
suppose i decided to take up skateboarding at my age would they accuse me of stealing a skateboard if
saw me with one.!!!!
Anohother incident with the metropolitian police happend when i believe i was a teenager and driving
a car that i bought that was though second hand was just a few months old and the police did not want to
believe that someone as young as i was could own a car or better said they must have thought i had no
right to own such even though it was registered and insured and taxed by the dvla so i just said it was
my dads as they did not want to hear anything else.!!!!!
A while back i had a generator stollen from a shed at parc-an-drea where i stored a lot of my possessions
after the eviction and i told the police but despite susspecting who may have done it the told me that they
did not have the powers to search peoples sheds which was ashame as they may have found it but
compare that with the stop and question type of thing they did with me then it is not realy good enough.
When i had a visit to Botswana someone stole a solar charger of mine and the police said if i had any
suspicions who done it they would search which is the opposite to the episode at Parc-an-drea.!!!!!
I think that if and i say if there is the police taking away all these peoples property because they do not
have a reciept and nobody reporting anything stollen or missing that if they are anything like those
Leytonstone in Essex police who judge what you should or should not own and remove your property
despite what i said above that not only makes them theifs but if they then sell the property for charity
because no-one else has claimed them that also makes who ever bought them recievers of stollen goods.!!
Un-connected with the above but still on the subject of the police i am commenting on the national story
of the Redruth police imposing a curfew during the school holidays from 18hrs Greenwich meantime
for some and 20 hrs Greenwhich meantime for those of an older age.!!!!!
I believe it is every parents responsibility to make sure their children are not out all hours of the night
and i certainly was not and i have seem children hanging out late at night in london and am never
surprised when they do not do good at school when they do it when school is the next day.!!!!
However the Curfew is legaly unlawfull and apart from not being the correct way to go about things the
fact that they say it is voluntary is a total contradiction of the truth because threat was made that if any
children were caught out after the Curfew they could be served with an asbo.!!!!!
So with the threat of a an asbo it means that the curfew is not voluntary in the same way that in the old
days you could be served with an injuntion or sign an undertaking not to which is exactly the same
thing.!!!!!!
The point is how ever well meant only the government or the courts can have the power to impose
curfuws not the police who did not even go thru the court to impose this and they worry is if they start
by-passing the governments and the courts when it comes to a curfew for these children and redruth they
could do it to anyone by saying we do not want to see you between these hours which is voluntary but if
we do we will get an asbo.!!!!!
On the letter That David camera ignored in which i asked for an interview i wanted to question him
about these so-called Asbo's as they are Not the answer to things and an admission of failure because in
the old days such would go to prison but now prisons hold people like mr and mrs caneo who are no
physical threat to anybody and hold elderly or poor people that have not paid the council and i expect
they will allways find room for thousands or pensioners who thru age do not understand this recycling
business but no room for the ones they give asbo's instead.!!!!!
Previous to the asbos they used to do community service due to lack of prison space.!!!!
Of course if they realy have no space in the prisons so do the asbos instead the alternative would be
draft them into the army where they can learn what real fear is.!!
Apart from that the cane should be brought back to school and for those above school age that cause
trouble bring back corporal punishment.!!!!
I met a man in transit to south Africa who was of Dutch descent who lives in Dubia now if spelt right
but came from south Africa who said it is a very safe place to live as they have strick punishment there
like i assume Saudi Arabia.!
There is nothing wrong and inhumane with spanking as i have seen many cards in london phone boxes
advertising for men to pay money to woman to have their bottom smacked or the adverts where men pay
women to smack their bottoms.!!!!
I went into a wearhouse once before and noticed that one of the things being sold was whips for the use
of sexual pleasure and i expect some mp's may also enjoy a wife or girlfriend smaking their bottoms
and maybe judges also.!!!!
But what concerns me more than ever is these so-called asbos as they have been used on many occassions
no on yobs but as a form of bullying ordinary people and i once saw an itv tonight prog that expossed
people that have been server with them that are not yobs but for abolutley stupid things and i read in one
paper about somebody in Hammersmith being threatend with an Asbo because the birds sung in their
garden early in the morning.!!!!!
Apart from this being a fraudulent use of public money the problem is with these daft as a brush bullies
that should be served an asbo themselves the fact is in London you very rarely see birds let alone hear
them because of the noise of the traffic, but in Cornwall it is quiter and you hear them and see them and
they are a pleasure so the idiots that want to serve these so-called asbos for bird singing would not survive
living in the countryside with the birds that i get so used birds now i do not even hear on all the
occassions the dawn chorus and the stupid people above because they do not either hear or see birds
due to the normal noise suddenly wonder what on earth is going on when you have the case of the dawn
birds in someones garden.!!!!!
Also they may have so many qualifications to know that you realy can not do anything about birds
singing in a garden it is not like a dog or a cat that would be understandable.!!!!!
The sound of Aeroplanes to Heathrow is more noisy that genrally start at 05hrs gmt and 6 am between
last week Octo and to march and run to midnt.!!!!!
Then another example i heard from my church was someone being either threatened or served with one
for preaching the gospel in the street.!!!!!
In other words do not steal love thy neighbour as ones self the Lord thy God Love and anything that
basically would form an asbo in the Bible is not allowed in this case from being preached.!!!!
And what realy concerns me is that this country could turn into the way Zimbabwe is where they only
allow accredited journalist and not Free-lance so we could have the situation the papers like the West-
Briton who act as a propoganda mouth piece for local councils by not critisizing them contstructively and
in the case of a regional paper where they covered a story once sided of a local council in St Austel
Cornwall who removed some palm type tree's from a roundabout to be re-planted in Newquay.!!!!!
The paper did not critisize this what i call official vandalism and did not try to get anybody that was
against the move which was purely one sided and there fore a propoganda mouth piece.!!!!!
And my fear is so-called asbos will be served on any free-lancer unless they just heap praise and the only
journalist allowed would say be bbc or itv no independants.!!!!!

from (bbc and itv news.)!!!!!
I will give examples by comparing it (tv dramatisations)first so you will understand what i am getting at.!!
People watch (medical dramatisations) and some believe they are (a real hospital)with real(doctors and
nurses).!!!!
They will often(copy medical proceedures)that they have watched in (unreal hospital)with only (actors)
playing the (doctors and nurses)when they have an emergency.!!!!
(Fortunately i know)of no (fatalities) as a(result of this believe)that they are (real doctors and nurses)but
but i do get concerned when the viewer does not know the difference (between real and unreal.)
I watched an episode of dr Martin where Dr (elingham cured someone of a colapsed lung.)
Now i believe i read somwhere that(a passenger had a collapsed lung)during a flight and doctor who was
a(passenger done what was more or less)the same proceedure but i (would be very concerned)if a viewer of
the itv dram (copied)this.!!!!!
Now in the same way i give this example it is also (true with itv and bbc news)that people will believe that
everything they (put on is true)when quite often if it is not(one sided reporting)they will also allow
themselves to be mouth pieces for (government announcements.)!!!!!
A few years ago(bbc news reported on what)they said was a (severe Los Angelis earthquake.)!!!!!
At that period i had a (pen girlfreind that i was)communicating with(there.)
I had these (pictures in my head)of total (devistation)so i went there and apart (from some damage)to the
(highway)that they were then rebuilding as fast as possible(it was not)as the (bbc had portrayed).!!!!
Then there was this (10 mins)programe they used to have on (bbc2) a few years ago in which they were
(supposed to use experts)that showed how to cut corners in this or that and the progs were ok(exept)in one
small part where the(bbc)featured some people working in (hot weather)who claimed (the way to stay cool)
in (hot weather) was to drink(fizzy drinks).!!!!!!
Apart from these people (not having the medical qualifications)to make such (claims)the bbc broadcast it
as is it(was total fact.)!!!!!
I have (no medical)qualifications but i used to drink fizzy (in hot weather)and because (of the sugar)all it
kept doing is make me more (thirsty).!!!!
Apart from that any drink like (fruit makes me more thirsty)and the only thing that stops the (thirst is
water and not even fizzy water.)!!!!
The next (one sided) piece of (news broadcast by bbc brekfast) and reported in a (news paper) as if it were
(fact)was when (a doctor)who (wanted to sell a book)was interviewed by the presenter about the book he
wrote where he (claimed that)certain beliefs were (mythe) and should be (ignored).!!!!!
One (was reading in bad light conditions) where the doctor with the (book to sell)said you were (not
harming your eyes) by straining in (bad light conditions)to read.!!!!
(Now the bbc)did not get in the studio to (argue with this)man an (optician and one who)was not trying to
sell a book to give an (alternative view.!!!)
Then another issue in the book was(water)and that he claimed it to be myth that one (needed to drink) a
certain amount of (water each day)to be healthy.!!!!
The (man selling the book)stated that it was all to do (with the bottled water industry)about quotas for
(water)and it was perfectely ok to drink other (liquids as well) as far as i remember the interview went.!!
The bbc(did not produce) an alternative doctor (that was not selling a book)to have a debate (who)
dissagreed with (this doctor.)
Most will probably be (fooled)by this and believe it(the same way)they will the medical (dramatisations)
are real hospitals (with real doctors and nurses)but i read about this(Iranian doctor)who got miracle
results who now lives in the(USA)by treating his(patients with drinking water.)!!!!!
(Also the 7th day Adventist church)have doctors as (members and teach)about the (healthyness of)
(drinking plenty of water.)
Such doctors who come up with beliefs that decide they will put them into a (book should be required)to
go before the(British medical assosiation to explain themselves.!!!!)
Then both (bbc) and (itv news)are a government mouth piece when it comes to reporting stories (about)
the(unemployed)and those on (dissability benefits)and however (controversial)a government
announcement is they will always (criminalise the above)and enjoy one (sided stories like)some one on
dissabilty benefits who may rather get off doing (exercises.)!!!!!
The bbc and (itv)peddled very heavily the one sided(news)about the governments (so-called lie detectors)
for those on (benefit)when they could have filled a whole(panorama)programme about this (new)evil
that (may one day replace court trials)that mp's wont go on themselves.)!!!!!!
Then there is the one sided news about (news about)charging motorists via (spying by satelite)that i have
featured for at least two years on (this site)but the rest of the media would just report it as road (charging)
and not (spying)untill someone got a (downing street petition against it) and then the tv and newspaper
media (reported it.)!!!!!!
Then there is these bulbs the(eu want us to have)instead of the (bulbs we have used here for years that are
much safer.!!!!!)
An mp said they carried (murcury) in a newspaper and this was not reported on tv and was (certainly)not
portrayed as a (major health concern) for months after by bbc and etc.!!!!!
The current (bulbs we use)are safe compared to the(so-called low energy bulbs)which if they break are an
enviromental(nigtmare)and this government should tell the (eu to get stuffed)on that policy untill a safe
bulb is created.!!!!
Another piece of news where (bbc) and (itv)have become government mouth pieces is the (house building)
industry.!!!!!
I am making a ducumantary (about the way)the (Cornish countryside)is being destroyed for (profit)under
(guise)of a housing (shortage)but none of these being (buildt are going to have homless)or those in need
move into them but all that will(happen is they will go into) an estate agents (window.)!!!!!
What ever government is in wont (say no to country side destruction)incase they think people will vote
(consercvative)and if the conservatives were here they wont say no(incase people vote labour.)!!!!!
The tv stations wont campaign against countryside destruction for profit as they do programmes about
selling houses that i have seen and many are new developments.!!!!!!
The newspapers wont campaigne because they take adverts from those trying to sell these houses that were
once in the countryside.!!!!
So the (myth is peddled that there is a housing shortage)by the government that wont say no to(the
building industry) that is repeated by other members of the media that have a (financial interest)in it
rather than the (government saying you can)only have permission to build if(the houses are given to the
council or housing charity's for rent.)!!!!!!!
Unless government policy (changes on this)i predict instead of having housing (estates with unrully)
familys that can be (evicted if they cause trouble)when the house is (rented) we will finish up with all
these (estates where people have brought their houses)and there fore can not be (evicted.)!!!!!
They are building(massive great new estates)for profit in (Helston Cornwall)which could easily turn into
the type of estates in (Redruth where the police ordered the curfew.!!!)
Another (smear i read somewhere)was on some refugees that i think had come on (boats from Senagal)
west (Africa to the Canaries i think it was)and (the bbc just gave a one sided and distorted and bad press
to them.)!!!!!!
The (next story where the bbc have become a government mouth piece)is when mr blair was prime
minister they kept (peddling the propaganda)that everyone could see (their gp within 48 hrs).
At least that is what(mr blair kept telling us) and went onto (bbc's questions to say.!!!!!)
Now the case of my own that i mentioned earlier (may not be unique)it may have happend all (over)the
(country but is not something the bbc would want to report.)!!!!!
The (part 2 for this story) is when the(bbc and i saw the report on newsnight)inacruately reported that
(the casualty unit at Charring cross)hospital was being (overwhelmed by people)that according to the
(bbc)should be seeing their (gp.)!!!!!
I presume these (must be the same people)that the (bbc claim all see their gp within 48 hrs.)!!!!!!
Firstly it proves that for that many people to (go to the hospital)that it is (not true that everyone)see's
a gp(within 48 hrs) and they would be better off telling the truth and doing a panorama prog (about it)
than peddling these lies.!!!!
Secondly i allready told you about the gastly (surgery i had trouble with in a story above)and i will tell
you more here because i was having a severe asmatical prob once and the (receptionist at no 1 the surgery)
told me to go to (Charring cross)so i beleive based on (the bbc's)report that many must be going to this
practice and others seriously not well and being told(to go to Casualty).!!!!
It makes me wonder how ill a person must (be before the drs receptionist)will say you need to see a
(doctor)asap.!!!!!!
In Cornwall if you are not well you can visit any gp (surgery and they will see you straight away)and often
have (nurse practioners as well.)
Where as in the surgery where i had all the(trouble your illness has to be timed to the moment they open
the doors in the morning not one minute latter or else you have to wait (3 weeks for an appoinmet maybe)
So it is not surprising people will go to Charing cross.!!!!!
2a of the myth that the (bbc peddled)was that everybody was going to (casualaty).!!!!
This is (not true)as in Charing cross hospital it is a sort of (minor injuries unit you go to first.)
And are firstly accesed by a (nurse) and it could be a (male nurse) as the one that was featured in the
report and they will decide what (action)to take and(that action may then be a referal to casualty.)!!!!!
They had a woman on newsnight (say the hospital) should refuse to see them.!!!!
(How dare she say that)when she does not know the (facts that i know)and how others may be suffering.!!
There was also (emphasis on seeing your gp when not everyone has a gp.!!!!)

Fourth point is where both (bbc and itv)allow themselves to be government mouth pieces for crime
figures that are (inacruate.)
It would serve the (bbc and itv)if the went out and did their own crime survey and put that out as
alternative figures because for one thing i can not (speak of course for)what goes on in every police
(area)but i can just give some (examples you will find the experience)is probably not (unique.)!!!!
When i had a car and it was parked in (london occassionaly)i had a (side qtr window smashed)at
the (back i reported are incident i am not sure if it was this one to the (metropolitan police)but all
that is done is (they take a statement)give crime (number)and then the books are (shut),there is no
(investigation)as you would (expect)even if you can provide (evidence)and yet they will send you a
letter saying(the crime has been investigated)when it has not.!!!!!
So when it happend again i just bought a new pain of glass and (repaired the window) as it seems
pointless reporting the crime when they (aint going to investigate).!!!!.
When a place was (burgled before i thought it)would be a forgone (conclusion)that they (caught)
the person as it was (someone who i had given a key to)but they could not even be bothered to
(come round let alone investigate)so what is the point of reporting a crime like that just so they
can give it a number and appear as a (government statistic).
I am sure many peaple who (read this web site will have similar stories.)!!!!
Then their was the (Shed burglary of my generator)in Cornwall and it is just a shame that the
police would not (search other peoples sheds to see if it is in one)when they would in Botswana.
I am sure if (someone was growing illegal drugs)in a shed they would not (hesitate in searching it).!
So it leaves the (question that if)the police are not going to investigate crimes why do we have
them.!!!!!
If all crimes were (investigated)we may have less (crime)because the current (message seems)to
be criminals will not be (detered from commiting crimes)when they know the police can not be
(bothered to investigate).!!!!

was somebody selling a car and some (other case).
On another (occassion they commited shoplifting)where someone bought something (into a shop)
(swaped it with an identical item and went out without paying for the item taken.)!!!!!
On another occassion they went into a (hotel distracted)the attention at reception and (burgled)
a (room)on another occassion they tricked the occupants of a house to be out(and did the same)as
at the (hotel.)!!!!!!
Now the victims of the (crimes could have prosecuted) and as the bbc filmed it all the (evidence) is
there but sadly to (say they the victims)seemed to fall into the fame game and because they are
(told)it is (bbc doing an exposee)on crime look at the (situation as if it was some sort of Jeremy
Beedle type thing.)
But it is not and the (differnce was JB did not break the law)it was just a bit of fun).!!!!
I also saw this prog once on the (bbc where someone went)into a supermarket with hidden
(camera)and was pulling things off the shelf with (live feed to studio.)
I fail to see how such (an incident can not)be put into (crime figures just because he was a (telivison
presenter).!!!!
An ex high court judge i believe he was said these asbos are unconstitutenal and he is right.!!!!
He had been served with one for playing loud music in unsocial hours and it was indeed right something
should be done to anybody that causes loud disturbances regardless of who they are especially in the
middle of the night and that should include the police who often use sirens at unsocial hours and cause
a disturbance in parts of London instead of doing what the highway code and uses flashing lights and
headlights instead.!
There is a rule stating that between certain hours of the night till the morning in the that the hooter must

But back to the judge as well as not condoning what he had the asbo for i do not approve either of his

PRESENT EVIDENCE OF NOT BEING GUILTY BUT WHAT HAPPENS IS SOMEBODY MAYBE
WITH A GRUDGE AGAINST SOMEONE GOES TO THE COUNCIL WHO TAKE THE complainers
word as if it is the voice of honesty and not someone who wants to get their own back againgst someone
and perhaps nobody from the council even investigates they then have a private court hearing so i have
heard and the asbo is granted and the next thing is the person does not know anything about this until
the asbo comes thru the post.!!!!!!
And one of the worst things about it is that the person who makes the complaint that leads to the asbo is
allowed to have total anonymity which is only given in courts in cases of where somebody has been
charged with extreme violence.!!!!
And there have been cases i have either seen on tv or read in papers where somebody has been given an
asbo maliciously and they have had a hell of a job trying to get these things removed.!!!!!
And yet the malicious person that falsely made the allegation does not get an asbo.!!!!!
In the past goverments have complaind about totalitarian overseas regimes who have no fair trials for
those accussed and even go to war to try and get regime change while turning into the same type of
regimes themselves now.!!!!!
My fear is also that if the SO-CALLED LIE DETECTERS go the goverments way on benefit claimants
that wont be able to maybe sue for libel for being accussed of being liars that the govrnment may do
away with the right of trials altogether and instead use lie detectors and if the lie detector says you did
it you go to prison even if you did not do it while mps still refuse to go on them theirselves.!!!!!

Though i do not go to school and do not have children at school it does not affect me but what does affect

exam papers.?!!!!
I have even seen the word off lisense instead of licence writen on british shops and i even saw the us

Then when it comes to internet forms or search by area's even British companies have followed that us

This is an appeal to SONY AND COMPUTER COMPS.!!
FIRST OF all the universal (voltage) of electrical (Portability is 12 volts).
With (12V) you can plug equipment onto a (car battery) and use it and also recharge portable 12(v)
batteries.!!!!
But along come (laptop manufactures) and assume the(every where)in the world has an
(electricity supply).!!!!
The other point about this is that now you can pick up lots(of solar chargers)for (12v batteries) but
i doubt that they will be able to recharge (19v).!!!!!
MY internal laptop battery does not work(but) the point is work or (not)it it would be so easy to just plug
a (Lead into the power socket and)the other end put to a (12v Battery)but instead i have to buy a 12v-to
(240 v inverter).!
This sucks the (power out very quickly)and when i went to the(Isles of Scilly)i was able to use it on a
square from a (mond till thursday)using a two square 12v portable batteries of 7ah and 12ah and i was
staying in a tent and used a 13w (12v solar charger).!!!!!!
Connected with that i used (Sony ex1 hdd cam.)!!!!!
this is (12v but)Sony have disigned this to (connect to the computer)to copy the video (from
memory sticks)which hold at a not too bad (quality 35 mins per card) but the problem is the (camera
battery needs charging as well)and thru a(240v mains charger.)!!
Eventualy the batteries could not cope any more with the (solar charging)because using (240v) thru
the inverter was (sucking the power right out.)!!!!!!!
Then (Sony as far as i know) do not make a solar charger for the (portable battery)or a (12v dc connecter
to) plug into an external 12v(battery which would use)a lot less than the (inverter) and go like the former
(camera i used a dsr 250) tape camera (indefinitely).!!!!!
On the ISLES (of scilly in 2004)i did this using one battery one day with the (other on the solar charger
and swapped it round.)!!!!
I bought (an External) laptop battery that is supposed to give 3 hrs use so maybe if used hf hr (a day it is)
ok but (unfortunately you have to use a (240 v charger to charge it so am not too sure)if i can connect the
solar charger thru the part to charge that.!!!!
As it was when i bought that battery (there was the correct connection)
for my (camera) so i can use that indefinately on 12v(dc batteries) but the point i am making is (why on
earth do these companies acknowledge that not (every one will have electricity where they use)the
products and therefore Make and (12v solar chargers and) the proper connecters and make all futere
laptops run off (12v dc).
I was able to (go to the pub and charge a battery) on Isles of Scilly and though(they say you can charge
at)campsite office the problem is they will be closed when i (finish recording.)
However it is (different in Africa)in the bush because (where do you go to charge)a battery in the
(African bush).!!!!!
Surely they must know that (programme makers)from the (bbc go to all sorts of places like jungles)in the
middle of nowhere so they must get power from (somewhere.!!!!!!)
I bought a fire wire cable(very espensive £20)from (Ets)helston Cornwall
the (cable rocked about in the camera socket even though it was correct size cable.)!!!!
I replaced the (cable because the one i allready had was doing the same.)
It meant that the (computer would not detect the camera.)!!!!!
Now there is no(way of noing this without taking it out of the plastic casing) but when i went into the
branch at Coinagehall street they refused to give back my(money saying because it was taken out of the
plastic.)!!!!!!
Now this is a totally (different refunds policy)that is offered from the(electronics firm Maplin.)
They will (refund and you just have to take the packaging back.)
They are also(a lot cheaper and have better goods to me but)unfortunately my nearest branch is
(Plymouth).!!!!!
As for the rest of the things they do at(ets they are very expensive)and often i can get some of the things
at the mkt stall a lot cheaper at Helston.!!!!
So all I am asking and i say(please is not to use Ets helston branch.)!!!!!

I have also had an invitation to attend some(expo conference) but who ever it is from i could not (care

APPEAL ABOUT ARROW ROCK RADIO.!!!!
I do not listen to british radio stations often as in RADIO 1 ON BBC take Chriss moyles i have tried in
the past to listen but he just talks and talks.
I sent him an email once saying he likes the sound of his own voice but he ignored it.!!!!
Then take the commercial stations here,you might get a load of dj waffle then a record then dj waffle
folowed by a listener phone call followed by adverts for nearly 5 mins then a news.!!!!
And maybe adverts following.!!
BUT ARROW ROCK RADIO HAS THE JINGLE "you are tired of all that talk on the radio then turn
the knob in the direction of the arrow."!!!!
The stations has opperated by licence from the Dutch Government on 675 mw for a number of years and
before then there has allways been some music prog on this frequency for years.!!!!!!
However the station has just put all its frequencies in Holland on fm which means that the station can not
be heard this side of the north-sea any more.
THEY HAD A MESSAGE SAYING ON 675 THAT THE STATION HAS MOVED TO FM BUT THEY
WERE STILL PLAYING MUSIC IN BETWEEN THE MESSAGE AND IT IS DAMMED GOOD MUSIC
AND MUCH BETTER THAN VIRGIN RADIO THAT HAS THE DJ'S AND ADVERTS.!!!!!!
I FIND IT BETTER DOING THINGS ON MY COMP LISTENING TO THAT THAN ALL THIS
WAFFLE.
I am asking you please to go onto the arrow webb site http://www.arrow.nl
and once on there there is a choice off arrow rock or arrow jazz click on the rock and find where ever it is
to contact them and bombard their email address with request to save the medium wave and if you want
to listen on line click luister which means listen.
I REALY DO NOT KNOW WHAT IT IS WITH THESE RADIO STATIONS THAT THINK THE
LISTENERS WANT FM QUALITY AS I
think it sounds as if it is coming out of a tin can sometimes hissy and the signal often fades where Mw
does not and i like the thumping and base sound of Mw for music and the power surge where it comes
thru very strong on such records as Foreigner that was yesterday.!!!!
and any way they should follow the lead of the bbc in Devon who are doing experimental Mw
broadcasting digital.!!!!
Apart from music from the group just mentioned others are u2 toto talking heads David bowie rolling-
stones simple minds and cold play they do a lot of which is one of my favorite groupes,lead zepplin pink-
floyed fleetwood mac Jimmy hendrix,yes Gennesis and many others and without all that dj waffle and
even when they do have adverts it is less than a minute and it is advert free between 11pm and about 6 am.
(10pm Gmt) at moment.!
DEPENDING ON where you are like for instance cornwall the medium wave at the moment comes in with
the signal at maybe 2 or 3 pm(that is in winter) but it is very clear in cornwall when here.
Well for now i will stop and not do any more here till after Christmass so rather than just say happy
Chirstmass as lots say that without the meaning i will say that i hope that you will contemplate the
meaning of it and it will hope be a life changing event for you and others you come in contact with and
peace will be not just for now but all year.
