David specialises in wildlife filmmaking, with a particular focus on East Africa. His work includes detailed wildlife features filmed in Kenya and Tanzania, capturing animal behaviour and natural environments with patience and precision.


Through years of experience working in the region, he has developed a strong understanding of local conditions and conservation contexts, and his ability to speak Kiswahili allows him to communicate effectively with local guides, communities, and collaborators, helping to ensure authentic and respectful storytelling.

News & Event Coverage

From community events to local news, David produces complete, feature-length recordings that capture the full experience rather than just short snippets.


His approach ensures that the atmosphere, key moments, and important details are preserved in context, providing audiences with a faithful and lasting record of each event.


Every production is handled with care, clear storytelling, and a strong focus on accuracy and continuity.

  • Story Coverage

    If an individual or organisation needs a story documented, David can cover it from start to finish. Some of these projects may be selected for future cinema screenings.

  • Live Filming

    For live events, David always records a secure backup to prevent data loss — even if equipment is tampered with or files are deleted.

  • Transcription & Captioning

    David personally transcribes recordings by listening from start to finish, pausing to capture every word accurately.

    He creates embedded subtitles, which differ from removable captions used on platforms like YouTube or Facebook.

    To ensure accuracy:


    • Audio is reviewed multiple times

    • Playback may be slowed using VLC Media Player

    • Difficult audio is processed carefully

    • Uncertain words are clearly marked in brackets


  • Language Skills

    David is proficient in Kiswahili and previously produced shortwave radio content through World Wide Christian Radio.


  • No Online Payments

    All work is organised by phone or in person. Data is stored securely offline, and payments are made directly via bank transfer.
